Decent bank glad to hear it.


I got nowhere with santander.monzo and starling.

Thankfully sourced the majority of payment providers myself and with help on here and the card refunds are coming through

Hi.

im not sure who the payment provider is to be honest, I was just saying I bank with ChaseUK and they are the ones who have been helping me with merchant info and websites etc.

Will post more information should I find any.

What I would do is just send them the payment details for this transaction, first six and last four of your card but also ask them to run your card details through their full payment system to find any other transactions, likely other merchants would have used them you might not know about yet

I have only just emailed them today and they sent back the following, no refund received as of yet but will give it some time of course.

WinterMDSE is on my bank statement as card transaction. This links to Wintermads.com which is an NFT website. I contacted them and seem to have now processed a refund for me for £570.84

So far the only refund I received was from WinterMDSE.

I however have ongoing support emails between mydelivery/talink.ua and nikoptf Dnelectro.


So far then, WinterMDSE and mydelivery look to honor the refunds.

I will follow up with Nikoptf.
