Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. My email was quite simple. I said..


I have unauthorised transactions in my bank account that my bank have traced back to your address. They are under the name of MLSYS. Please can I get a refund on these ASAP or ill will raise a chargeback via my bank which may occur you fees.

I am definitely sure now these are Cardaq payments as I have a screenshot from dec 2024 and I’ve saved it they’ve asked me to send docs but I’ve not had a chance I found a screenshot I’ve saved so if they turn up to me saying no I will sue them lol
