How long does it take to receive funds after filing a chargeback? Scammers have 30 days to respond. They don't. How long after that time period does it take to receive funds?

Some of my chargebacks have taken 6 months. It all depends on the bank and if it’s visa/mastercard. Usually within 2 days after the case is won you will see the money back.

According to Visa regulations, the seller has 30 days to respond, and Mastercard has 45 days. If they don't respond, it's a snap. If they try to manipulate something, the process can be quite lengthy.

They are Quickbit - money transfers these are classed as. I had to raise a SAR with Quickbit which they failed to respond to so I reported them last year. My bank eventually refunded but it took forever.

Has anyone managed to reach a settlement directly with the casino? I'm working with a lawyer and we're considering this option before filing a lawsuit against the casino and the banks for not processing the chargebacks.

It takes about 60 days start chasing the bank after 60 days if not done.
