Are there any casinos that lock your withdrawal and do not allow you reverse it ?

Hi, it is quite common for some casinos to refuse a withdrawal. However, this can be for various reasons. But I have never heard of a casino locking your withdrawal and not allowing you to reverse it. Have you tried asking the casino what the problem might be if you can't do that? Which casino is it ?

I’m just sick of predatory casinos. Please take a look at the match bonus that slots and casino has in your personal promotions tab. Promo says 270% match bonus by reversing your withdrawal, or a deposit.

there are no rules anywhere that state only certain withdrawals can be reversed. The casino allows you to use this bonus and will even advise you to use it. Then if you ever win the will take the winnings.

From now on I play with credit card so at least if I get completely screwed over by another casino I can dispute the charges. Depositing with bitcoin makes it sooo easy for casinos to completely take advantage of players.

May I insist on the question regarding the casino's identity? Because I see you left your only complaint without a response while you've been active on the forum instead. Is this somehow bound to this complaint, perhaps?

If you still need help, kindly ask for a complaint to be reopened.

Additionally, does this one sound familiar?

To me it seems, you submitted the same complaint under two accounts, but that's okay as long as you keep up with at least one. I hope we find a way to sort it out. Just make sure you send the cashier and bonus history to Petronela, as requested earlier. If you have already done so, thanks. 🙂

i think I have a different account on my computer that has an open complaint. My complaint that was closed was not in regard to this issue it was something different. Two accounts was complete accident. I didn’t even realize I had to log ins because I sign in through apple. If there is anyway to combine them please do so

the cashier and bonus history doesn’t say anything. It is set up in 4 different sections. Making it impossible to know what deposit was applied to what bonus. There is also no way to know if money in pending withdrawal came from a deposit or match bonus or free chip unless you write it down or remember

Don't worry about that. It is not forbidden, but sometimes it creates quite a mess. I just hope we will be able to help you out.

Please don't mind my previous post where I asked you about two accounts again; having two similar conversations at once is a tricky thing. 😀

I would recommend sticking with the other account since the currently open complaint was submitted through that one. Can you do that, please?

That is not very user-friendly. Might cause quite a few avoidable issues, I reckon. 🤔

I haven't come across anything like this

That's fine if you haven't encountered a similar situation in the casinos yet. If a player has only positive experiences, I would say it's more of a rarity than a rule. I hope you continue to do well.

Hey there! Yep, some casinos do have this feature where they lock withdrawals to prevent you from cancelling them. It's actually a great way to help you stick to your budget and resist the temptation to keep playing with your winnings. Just make sure to check the terms and conditions of the specific casino you're interested in.

Good point.

Speaking about budget and responsible gambling, do you prefer some responsible tools over others?

Do you normally use some?
