That wasn't from Juicystakes either. So, to recap, they said I had multiple accounts, chargebacks, and that my deposits were refunded which all 3 were lies on their end. I opened an account, deposit, play, deposit play, etc and when it came to cashout suddenly. I don't pass bogus security filters. Same company that stole money from their players back in 2011 too? Somehow you side with them with all the lies they told and you don't investigate the case. Literally, what do you need to see how shady they are?

I'm sure you know administrators do not handle complaints.

Thus, there is nothing I can say, simply because I'm not part of the process and have no access to evidence or internal communication. I see the same as you do in the complaint. Which seems to be the case now.

My complaint was rejected since I supposedly had multiple accounts and chargebacks which neither were true. No evidence to as provided to me on either situations. I even made sure I asked that I was good to signup since trusting curraco sites isn’t the brightest move. Seems like no one cares so

I gave them power of attorney and I still can't get this so called proof of multiple accounts? I literally only had one account in my whole life. If you create multiple accounts, don't they shut them down immediately? They don't let you registered, deposit, play, deposit, play, go to cashout, and then shut your account down due to multiple accounts. Just talk to support once and you'll know its fraud on their end.

I thought it was about the most recent case. the one you suddenly stopped addressing.

Not the cold one from 2020.

Technically, even if I knew the evidence myself, I would not be able to share it publicly, I guess.

Since I can only read and use the same source without any private email or Skype chats, I'm left clueless. 🙁

Yes, it has been since 2020 they've been getting away with not paying their customers and not they own intertops and rebranded that and are doing the same to their customers on there too.

Hmm, and have you had the pleasure with a casino that is rebranded ? I think it's best to avoid such casinos where you had a problem so that you don't have to deal with it again if it arises.

As you can clearly see, I only had one account and my complaint was shot down due to having multiple accounts. This is frustrating since when I asked Yuliia for proof of this, she wouldn't send me anything. So, I did nothing wrong, and they broke terms and conditions by saying they were licensed which they clearly were not and still isn't. So, in summary, they stole $22,500.89 on me. I sent in the documents required and everything was clear and showed my address with utility bill and my driver's license front and back. I would like that complaint to be redacted since I clearly had one account and they're the ones that mislead you to believe anything else. I didn't get any of my deposits back since it was all made via bitcoin.

Once again and for the last time I will say what I have already said. Your complaint was rejected because the casino provided evidence of multiple accounts. This case is 3 years old and Yullia, who handled this case, solved it correctly according to the information available at the time. We are sorry but it is not possible to go back to this case because it is old and therefore the case has been closed. I hope we understand each other.
