I got a called from DCI "Department of Criminal Investigation." They told me that Juicystakes.eu is not sanction in Iowa or in the United States of America. They're based out of South America and are located in Curaco. They're advice was, I hope you didn't deposit much money because this is a rogue website without any licenses to operate in the US. Out of any complaints I followed, I had to take it to the next level since noone didn't want give me any answers.

I would like to inform you that Juicy Stakes Casino has provided a sufficient evidence that you have breached casino's T&C. I'm afraid there is not much we can do in this case. First of all, you breached the casino's T&Cs by opening more than one account. I believe I've never seen T&Cs in any casino that would allow opening more than one account. Unfortunately, we’re rejecting this complaint.

This is the answer I got two years ago. Which, I didn't have ttwo account nor did you do your research. This is bad. Maybe next time, trust the consumer more than the casino operating illegally.

This casino operates under an unverifiable license. Well, illegal does not mean unfair. I appreciate your sharing! It is vital to bring up such concerns - but this is only one side of the coin isn't it?

Have you noticed we have never received an update from you?

Your complaint was closed as "Player stopped responding - REJECTED"

I'd say, this is not a matter of trusting players if you suddenly stop cooperating.

Remind yourself here, please.

You can always follow up with the complaint, make screenshots and respond to your complaint properly within the time given. It is pointless to beat the bush now, I'd say.

Thanks for the response. This is very helpful and insightful information. I put all the information in there that would need to open a case. Do you need to see my month in the hospital with Covid that cause low sodium and other health problems at the time? Did you factor in any reason why I wouldn't respond? Your repsonse is to try to get a rise out of me, but I cannot give you the satisfaction.

My suggestion is just talk to support about anything and you'll see it's a rogue/scam site. You wouldn't be able to do anything even If the case was open. That's how they operate. I just want you to put them on the blacklist so others don't get scammed out of their money.

This is my only site I've ever used. 

Where does that money go? I won a lot of money off cash games so that mans multiple people are out of money. I asked what justifiable reason they had my account close and to steal my funds and I was told I might know someone that has chargebacks. Might, not do, but might. It seems like its 2011 all over again with these guys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you create another (the third) complaint against this casino - cooperate, and prove the casino wrong.

It is pointless to demand action when you can't keep up with your own complaints.

Juciystakes Poker and Casino has disabled my account. I deposited on April 24th for $169.34 and April 26th for $163.99 through the bitcoin option from Paxful a bitcoin website. From April 26-30 I ended up winning a total of $22,540.86, I had a pending cashout of $2,500 using bitcoin and sent in my documents on April 30th to prove my identity and on May 1st I go to login and my login says invalid login/password. I contact live support and they say your account is disabled and won't be able to hold any account with them. So, I asked about my funds and they said I had chargebacks and they won't be paying me my $22,540.89. You can check with any database or gaming commissions or licensing that this is literally my first online account ever. The reason I made this account is due to the covid 19 shutting down the casinos and figured I'd give online a chance and play some blackjack which I won most of my money at and some omaha hi lo. The game play was fun and I got lucky to win that amount of money in that time span. I'm a self employed farmer with a spotless criminal record, I haven't even had a speeding ticket or nothing like that. I've always paid my bills and have a good credit score. Maquoketa State Bank could vouch for this. With all this going on, did I fail to mention my wife Marcia has terminal cancer? This was supposed to be a distraction from the pandemic going on with the world and my own personal situation with my wife.This has been a nightmare of a situation dealing with live support and haven't gotten any phone calls or emails regarding my account closure and confiscation of funds. I didn't break any terms or conditions and at this point I just want my winnings. Please help me through these tough times and not make my pain any worst than it has to be. What do I need to do to collect my winnings in a timely manner? I can prove and have prove all my account details. In regards to all that has been said, I just can't comprehend why you keep playing there. I have a feeling you are not fond of the casino given your overall experience, are you?


Anyway, I would ask the casino about that. I'm not the proper person to answer that. I'm 100% casino has its own players database. The problem lies in the fact that:

This is what I found in the complaint. The complaint is two years old. Thus it can't be reopened, I'm sorry.

When I went to cashout and confirmed my details they close my account and took my 22,540.89 with it.

I believe it is an awful experience, but sometimes the casino is correct. Try to ensure you'll never create multiple accounts anywhere in the casino again, it is not worth losing the winnings or even the whole balance. Occasionally one can make a second account by mistake, yet even in this case, it is better to reach out to the casino immediately to prevent later complications.

I'm sorry it ended like this almost three years ago.

I never had multiple accounts on juicystakes or intertops. I'm not sure where this information came from or why you would believe them when they say they lie about everything. Ask them about their gaming license? They'll tell you they can operate in all countries. I do blame you guys for taking their side after knowing I never had multiple accounts. I literally only had one account in my lifetime.
