Issue: 10Cric confiscated my 20,000 EARNED loyalty points worth 2000 INR.
Facts:
1. They banned bonuses under T&C 6.2. I accepted.
2. But they also took my earned loyalty points giving fake "90-day inactivity" excuse.
3. I have deposits in last 30 days. So inactivity claim is FALSE.
4. Their own T&C requires 7-day email notice before deduction. I got ZERO notice.
5. I asked for proof of inactivity and proof of notice. 10Cric refuses to provide and sends template replies.
I tried to file a complaint but 10Cric page has no complaint button.
