I've been playing at Misty Casino lately and, frankly, I've found the promotions to be clearer than I expected. Bonus terms and conditions are easy to find, with details like wagering requirements and maximum bets clearly outlined before you deposit.

I disagree with that – because after everything I've read here, the focus is on helping others. No one is being encouraged to continue gambling, especially if it's clear they have a gambling addiction. JUST AN EXAMPLE!
Whether here in the forum or when filing complaints, you get good advice, players are supported and reassured.
Sometimes, some casinos will sway the verification process if you simply mention Casino Guru, or they'll be willing to pay out winnings to avoid a complaint. Well... some casinos simply don't care about reviews and complaints – but the Casino Guru team can't be held responsible for that.
Many players here are just READERS - you can see that hundreds and thousands have read a thread, but nobody writes anything, but as soon as they have a problem themselves - then of course they write and ask for help.
But nothing in life is absolutely perfect, and that includes the Casino Guru website.
My feedback or suggestion for improvement: (for Jaro)
The listed casinos are initially tested, and any negative points are fairly mentioned. However, after numerous complaints, forum posts, and user reviews, the star ratings decrease, and the casino's reputation suffers.
But what I'm missing is that the test reports are updated at regular intervals! Name things out loud!...as they say, and include the new findings.
Let's say a casino refuses to pay out and cites something in its terms and conditions. However, what the casino claims isn't actually in its terms and conditions. It would be helpful for players to know why a casino might suddenly have only 7 stars instead of 9! This is just another example!
And again - anyone who believes they could get better help elsewhere is not obliged to write here, let alone file a complaint and badmouth the Casino Guru team.

Manche User hier behaupten, Casino Guru wäre nicht neutral, wird eh von den Casinos bezahlt ...etc.
Dem möchte ich widersprechen- denn nach all dem was ich hier gelesen habe, steht die Hilfsbereitschaft im Vordergrund. Hier wird sicher niemand aufgemuntert weiter zu spielen, insbesondere wenn es klar ist, dass derjenige eine Spielsucht hat. NUR EIN BEISPIEL!
Egal ob hier im Forum oder bei den Beschwerden, bekommt man gute Ratschläge, Spieler werden unterstützt und beruhigt.
Öfters lenken manche Casinos ein und beschleunigen die Verifikationsprozess wenn man nur Casino Guru erwähnt oder sind bereit das gewonnene Geld auszuzahlen um sich eine Beschwerde zu ersparen. Nun ja...manchen Casinos sind die Bewertungen und Beschwerden auch egal- aber dafür kann das Casino Guru Team auch nichts.
Viele Spieler sind hier nur LESER- da sieht man das 100 te und 1000 de einen Thread gelesen haben, aber keiner schreibt was, aber sobald sie selbst einen Problem haben- dann schreiben sie natürlich und bitten um Hilfe.
Aber nichts ist Leben absolut perfekt, so auch die Casino Guru Website nicht.

Die aufgelisteten Casinos werden anfangs getestet und da werden fair auch negative Punkte erwähnt. Nach vielen Beschwerden, den Beiträgen im Forum und Userbewertungen, werden die Bewertungssterne weniger und der "Casinoruf" sinkt.
Aber das, was mir fehlt ist, dass die Testberichte in gewissen Abständen aktualisiert werden! Es bei Namen nennen!...wie man es so schön sagt und die neuen Erkenntnisse dazuschreiben.
Nehmen wir mal an, ein Casino möchte nicht auszahlen und beruft sich auf etwas in seinen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Das was das Casino behauptet, befindet sich aber gar nicht in seinen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Es wäre also gut, dass die Spieler wissen, warum ein Casino auf einmal keine 9 Sternen hat, sondern nur 7!! Wieder nur ein Beispiel!
Und noch Mal- wer hier glaubt, dass ihm woanders besser geholfen werden könnte - ist nicht gezwungen hier zu schreiben und erst nicht hier eine Beschwerde einzubringen und den Casino Guru Team schlecht zu machen.
Ihr leistet eine sehr gute Arbeit!

exellent post, i completery agree. especially about the part where many people just read, i was also a longtime "reader" until i ran into a problem myself. the support and forum here really help to sort things out, rather than just brushing you off with canned responses
