I recently joined spinbetter. I made a bet and won. I have tried to withdraw my winnings but spinbetter keeps on rejecting my request. I verified my identity by sending them copies of my passport and screenshots of my Visa bank cards and Skrill. Having done everything they asked ,they still are not assisting me with my withdraw request. I have tried reaching the payment department, security department and support department. To date there has been no helpful response. I abided by their rules but they haven't assisted me. As a player I also have the right to withdraw my funds.
