Hello.
I'm sorry to say that this is out of your reach. Honestly, there is nothing we can do for you.
For the sake of the others, please keep us posted. I hope this is just a temporary issue!

Hello!
Is there any chance Mifinity might be in trouble when it comes to gambling-related transactions especially when it comes to the German region?
I don't know, but it just doesn't look like a pure coincidence. I honestly do not know what to suggest. 🙁
And then you get a message like this by email... even though I've already explained to them that I'm already verified and can't upload anything because I'm already verified and uploaded the documents almost 2 years ago... and you are Also all listed under documents and accepted... it smells like a possible bigger problem with Mifinity, I advise everyone to deposit something there for the time being, or if it is still possible to withdraw their money there, that reminds me a lot of MuchB. ..
We need to verify your account details by confirming your identity.
Please log in to your Mifinity eWallet
Go to the document upload section
Upload any requested documents as per below:
To verify your personal details, please upload a clear copy of the following items (in PDF or JPEG format):
- Selfie with yourself holding a form of ID next to your face (passport, identity card, or driver's license)
Your document(s) will be reviewed within 2 working days.
oh!
I'd love to help you, but there is no additional contact I can provide aside from the support,..
How about posting a reply through their Instagram account?

You should email clientservice@mifinity.com and explain the situation I had to verify twice after the second time I didn't need to do it again. I found they are very amiable when you email them but not sure if they work weekends
I have moved your post to this thread, where you can get some answers to your question, and hopefully you will be able to get in touch with some other users here.
Please tell us more about the situation.
Is it your deposit, or did I understand it wrong?
I also have proof that the company transferred the money back to Mifinity. It's a very reputable, large company in Germany.
It was returned to Mifinity via instant bank transfer on March 27th. Mifinity has not responded. Regards
In this case, I hope that you get the response soon and your money will be transferred back.
Please keep us informed about the situation.
No, just a few days ago they told me I should send them the refund receipt. Which I've already sent eight times. I really don't understand it; I've been registered there for two years and have often paid high fees. But this time they're simply keeping the money. The problem is, it's a large sum for me. I could have managed with €30-50. Best regards from Berlin
You know, I'm afraid I've reached a point where I don't know what else to write to them. It's always the same thing: nothing will change without a lawyer. I've come to understand that now, unfortunately. I never would have thought Mifinity would do something like this.
Unfortunately, the lawyer would cost you more than your deposit, though, I believe.
Try to wait a bit more, and hopefully everything will get solved soon. It must be really frustrating, but what else could you do, you know.
