I know, it's on my list for Monday. I'd like to show it to my colleagues from the Reputation team and maybe we could contact them and ask what's going on.

OK update I finally received all my money.. Thank god.. Now I have to say I was never rude or impolite to any emails or the chat staff I screen shoted every thing we spoke about was just worried about getting my winnings. With that I went to log in today to thank the staff my account was blocked well I don't really care I got my money and am glad of it.. To be honest i will never play on that site again cheers for everything
