I joined this casino on their free chip... I played on it for couple weeks... I then realized I had met my playthrough . I'll attach screen shot. So, great I withdrew 130, the fee was $30,/$ 100 allowed.
I then emailed all requested documents.
After awaiting a few days, I realized they put my funds back in my account. So, I then went to chat, I was informed I hadn't met my playthrough. I disagreed, and then I called. The lady reassured me that I had met my playthrough, just with draw 100 not 130. If get $70... so I did that. That got put back. I then went to chat again.
She Veronica asked for screen shot, I sent it to her. It clearly reads my playthrough was met. She still insisted I requested a withdraw before playthrough met. I'm very upset, I didn't break any rules. They clearly just don't want to pay me. How sad, cause I liked their casino.

Kats casino should not be allowed to take folks money and do not pay!! I played thur a bonus won a $100 cashed out and was told that my address and my documents, after i emailed them was incorrect. I put the 2 on my address and forgot to put the other number when i did my profile well.... i emailed my utility bill and my state id with the correct address and i keep getting the same email, your address at kats casino do not match your documents, mine you i was missing only 1 number, this has been going on now since october 12th!

I tried cash out the 100. After requesting bitcoin, told couldn't get it. Told have be check cause used credit card. Cancelled and put in for check but max is 100. Not enough for check. After 2 weeks I was told to cancel cause not enough for check. That 50 somehow was 500 in their system, but cashier showed 50. I lost that 50 . My accounts 1700 from winning 1000 slot bet. Told its null n void. As I kept canceling in order to increase my odds larger payment. Been some weird stuff like bonuses put in account I did not request. Did a manger adjustment so wouldn't be invalid for 2 free Chips. Now excuse is mixed funds. Cause they claim the 50 was 500. Just a mess. Feel your pain.
