Keep going on live chat and request updates the same with emailing that’s what I kept doing otherwise it felt like they weren’t responding to me,


they asked for my bank details 3 days ago and now I’ve got refund

I am in the same situation they let make deposit ,ignore email, when I asked why my account still not verified answer... they busy at the moment... but last conversation with support end up that uk not allowed and that it's my fault that I not check it and that its in terms and conditions

They are encouraging people who are vulnerable to play at there casino and trying to tell lies I've been waiting for my money back since December 2023 I hope the suite gets closed down if you made deposit on card claim it back through the bank mate I hope you haven't lost alot

Hi, I'm sorry you're in this situation. It certainly shouldn't be possible to register for players who are not allowed to do so, but I know from many stories that this is not the case in casinos so far. Of course, I would add that even though it should not be allowed for players to register, you should always consult the Terms and Conditions for such information. I think you'll definitely check it now in the future. 

Anyway, did you use a VPN to get into the casino or not ? Did you lose or did the casino take any money from you ? 

However, I saw that you filed a complaint so our team will try to help you and we will see where we can get to.

In the meantime, we'll have to be patient. I hope this situation gets resolved as soon as possible.

They have been advertising that people can play from the UK however I'm still awaiting my deposit from 20th December 2023 they sent me several emails saying they refund me 29th January yet I've made several calls with my bank and show them statements and yet they can't prove me with evidence of the refund. My bank Halifax is now looking into a fraud investigation

Well, I can't see where the matter of country restrictions comes from. Did the casino say your winnings are beyond your reach because of your country, for instance? Based on your complaint, I was convinced your vulnerability was somehow compromised, so you agreed to refunds.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, I see that communication with the casino is pretty difficult. If the refunds were sent, where is the confirmation, I say...
