Hello, how did you end up getting your money? They just confiscated my winnings, saying I have used an active bonus and betting over 5€ therefore violating their terms, even though I didn't use any bonus and cancelled all immediately before playing.

Interesting what you are saying. I would say that if you did not play with a bonus, and any bonus you may have received as an offer from them you cancelled in advance and did not play with any bonus at all, then I don’t understand why the casino, or why the casino actually explained the confiscation of funds in this way.

It would be clear to me if you were playing with a bonus, because this is in the terms and conditions of almost every casino, that there is a maximum bet when playing with a bonus.

But if you say that you did not have any active bonus at all, then this is quite confusing for me.

I saw that the complaint you opened is in review status, so our team will definitely look into it, and I strongly believe this situation will be resolved, or at least everything will be explained so that it is fair.
