😀 That is a very old number; it has been a while since this section was updated. To the best of my knowledge, there are currently over two hundred.

We have many distant, part-time coworkers, testers, and writers, for example, even though I would like to express we are not that secretive. It's extremely difficult to keep track of them all. 😎

how are you thinking cgb will be? Trying to cleanup or just another shill ?

I think the government saw how much money these guys were all making and decided they wanted it all for themselves.

I would be shocked if more than half of the money ever makes it to the actual government.

Hello, yes Curacao and its sublicenses are gradually losing their validity. The GCB should no longer work and therefore as you say the complaints against this regulator will probably not be resolved anytime soon. But that doesn't mean that players can't file a complaint with us and we will try to contact any casino that displays this license. I wonder how quickly they will be able to make this process workable again and whether it will be more efficient than before.

Anyway, do you have a problem with a particular casino?

I filed a complaint here and it was ruled in my favour with DAMA group (kingdom casino) getting black points against fair gaming.

Sadly they still won’t pay, and prefer me to go through courts which will cost them as well.

people should avoid DAMA casinos until there’s a regulator in place

I saw that one when I wrote you back in the thread about the casino you're talking about.

It's a shame when it has to go this far and the courts are the only recourse. But sometimes it's unavoidable, and especially if it's a larger sum, I'd probably go for it too.

Hopefully it will have a good ending. 👍

Please, keep us updated on the proceedings. I'd love to see how this plays out in court.

Personally, I suspect DAMA will snub the courts here, too. Probably won't even respond.

I also have a feeling that they will be renaming and restructuring within the next year or two. While I have no information or evidence suggesting that this will happen, one only needs to look at their short history to see what the future may hold.

IMO, the entire Softswiss platform is sus as f*ck.

So am I correct in assuming Softswiss is alleging breach of T&C?

If that's the case, it appears that Antillephone (should we maybe call them Softswiss, too?), with its non-ruling, is in effect taking the side of the casino by forwarding to you whatever stupid rule they allege that you've broken (which could also be a max win rule).

Either way, when one company owns the platform, operators, casinos, providers, games, servers, affiliates AND the licensing body.. you end up in this type of situation.

DAMA/Direx/Hollycorn/N1 - BGaming/Booongo/Booming Games/3OAKS/Playson - Antillephone NV - Softswiss ---> Putin

P.S. If I suddenly stop being an active member of this site, you'll know it's because I accidentally fell to my death from the top floor of a high-rise building - through a riot-glass-reinforced window, I might add - while drunk and causing a commotion.. all after consuming a cocktail of opiate-based painkillers, arsenic and cyanide.

Hello joaomarsh20, you helped me in a case before. Can I contact you somehow? Can we work together if your case is not solved yet? Maybe we can give each other tips. 😉

I've also had issues with Dama casinos in the past. Thankfully they weren't for overly large sums of money, as it made my decision to not pursue anything much easier,

It basically came down to a choice:

  • Take the L and be allowed to play at any casino I choose
  • Pursue action and be banned from the entire Softswiss platform

That's how I saw my options, anyway. I have no way of knowing if I would have been banned, but I just saw what I thought was the worse case vs best case and just took the L lol

GCB don’t even reply to emails..

There are a couple of reasons for that:

  • GCB is not yet fully functional
  • "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - They saw a cash grab and they capitalized. They're not reinventing the wheel here. They want to make as much money as possible with as little work as possible. One needs only take a gander over to their website to see what their regulatory skills will look like.

This being said, I wish you the best of luck!

You're gonna get a phone call from ol' Vlad himself soon. Careful!

What's going on at Antillephone? All casinos now have a license with GCB either active or still in process. 🤷‍♀️

GCB is the new regulatory body for Curacao. The old numbered system (365, 1668, 5536, 8048/JAZ) is gone, replaced by one incompetent regulator instead of four: The Government of Curacao.

It's gonna be a shitshow over the holiday season. I'd stay far away from any Curacao casinos until the GCB starts taking complaints.
