Sounds good. I really appreciate your sensible tips!
If I may ask you a favor, would you submit a complaint each time the casino seizes your balance unfairly, please? Of course I hope it won't ever happen, yet the thing is we work within our boundaries. Many bad user experiences never reach our complaint center, and you seem like someone who could help raise practical awareness. If you catch my drift, of course.
I went through the same issue — withdrawal pending for days and support kept sending vague status updates.
What helped me was documenting the communication and escalating in the correct order.
I wrote down the exact steps and the email templates I used in case it helps someone:

This is not guaranteed, but it worked for me when nothing else did.
Stay patient — there *is* a way to push them.

Could you please explain the point of your post?
I am not sure what did you mean by writing this, really. 🤔
Hi, I'm in pretty much the same situation, except I stopped at the first deposit to avoid losing more money. Is there a way to get it back, or should I just accept it?
Following the complaint I posted about the company jetnno.live, I inform you that I contacted the supervisory authority in Curacao and they told me that they have no connection with this company and that it is a SCAM. Therefore, friends, be careful not to be harmed like me. Stay away from this company.
Unfortunately, I couldn't even find that site anymore.
I am really sorry you have to go through this experience, and thank you for informing everyone.
Hello
I made a deposit of $5,000 MXN with a debit card at the casino.
The money was indeed deducted from my account, but it was not credited to my casino balance.
Each deposit attempt appeared with different banks/businesses, which is irregular.
The casino did not resolve the problem, only gave generic answers and did not return the money.
There is no visible proof of the transaction on my statement and the casino operates without clear regulation.
I request a review of the case and a full refund of the discounted amount.
I have bank statements and screenshots as evidence.
Then I messaged them asking for my refund because today is the day and they told me they would deduct $100.
Here's the link where the evidence is because it won't let me upload large files.

I believe Jo is a legal casino, so I need help reporting it or getting my money back or something because it's unfair.
Help!
I need to know what to do, who to contact to get that site shut down, or at least get a solution, please, so there are fewer victims of these things.
The casino is
