As far as I am aware PlayID is only a few months old if that it's the rebranding of funid for whatever dodgy reason they might have for that,
my experience with these guys isn't the best they were ok back when it was funid ok that is not good they use tactics like low withdrawal limits delaying withdrawals etc to get the players to either get frustrated and just lose their winnings or keep slowly gambling them away as we do, they have gotten much slower and over all worse with withdrawals and just responding in general I have cut right back from that platform wich is annoying as I have a lot of luck there
For everyone's knowledge.
I used Funid which is the same as Playid
I went through a KYC process.
I sent everything correctly and they always tell me to send them the same thing again.
They don't respond to my emails, they don't want to verify me.
It's a total scam.
I can prove everything.
Para conocimiento de todos.
Yo usaba funid que es lo mismo que Playid
Me hicieron un proceso de KYC.
He enviado todo correcto y siempre dicen que les vuelva a enviar lo mismo.
No responden a mis correos, no me quieren verificar.
Es una estafa total.
Puedo demostrar todo.
You keep asking for the specific casino why??? This is irrelevant once the funds hit your PlayID wallet they are no longer in control of that casino ( that is if it's not one of the many that nova owns
I think it makes sense to ask for concrete casinos because our website allows players to complain about concrete casinos but not about third-party tools like FunID or playID. Not to mention the direct relationship between casino groups and this product. It was developed by operators.
However, I understand what you're saying, and I appreciate you mentioning it.
yes ,this big clash casino.
but the casino itself should be ok.
The main issue is PlayID. I sendt all the required documents, although i have a bad feeling about sending a 12 month(!) history of all my bank account, credit card and psc/skrill.
So we wait for the PlayID support/kyc-team and lets see what happens next.
We actually had few users complaining about PlayID as well lately, so perhaps something is really going on there.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything regarding it, though.
I believe that you should definitely cooperate with them, though, so you are able to receive your funds. And later on you should perhaps think twice about whether to use them anymore. 🤷♀️
thanks, i value your feedback.
I am cooperating with them and have sent them all the documents that were requested.
the "relaunch" of FunID with just a new name PlayID was already "fishy"
of course the trustpilot ratings of FunID and PlayID are bad. Nevertheless, lets hope they dont kill my account out of nowhere...
Just received the same email from PlayID wanting me to verify my account with the same requirements as nightforce1979
(eventhough I had done so when I created the account earlier in the year)
And interestingly I also just won on the BigClash casino site (not sure if there's any link there)
How come you decided to use them, then? If you say that their ratings are bad. 🤔

really curious if you also have the same problem with login?
i cannot login my playID account - what about you?
Not yet, as I have to gather it all together to send to them. But will do tomorrow
Is this issue something that the Casino Guru team will be actively helping with on your end with dialogue with PlayID?
Unfortunately, if the issue is with the PlayID platform, we are unable to do much. We handle only complaints related to online casinos, you know.
So, if the fault is on the payment provider side, it's not our jurisdiction, as I could say.
I see, I had a complaint rejected about a casino that falls under the PlayID payment platform (Amunra) because it was to do with sports betting and casino guru said they don't specialise in sports betting. Yet I don't think there is any need to be an expert within the field as I have all the screenshots. Would there be any problem if I reopened my case just so it's on a public forum where Amunra would have to respond back to keep the dialogue open and hopefully the public can make their own mind up before opening and account with them
Hello, the thing is that the complaint can't be reopened on the forum. If our colleagues determined that the issue was more about sports betting than the payout, it still remains up to them to decide whether anything has changed. If I understood correctly, it was about missing bets, which sounds like something out of our league. 🙁

I also mean, we can't help you with your complaint or get the casino to respond on this forum.
Still, sharing your experiences is important, so please feel free to create your own thread in the sport betting section and share the warnings with others, or continue here if you think it is somehow related to FunID/PlayID.
Since recently, playid and associated casinos are offering bonuses. If you trust, pay one, then it is not a bonus. The administrator has decided so.
Ok everything is fine it is voluntary
then I want my paid-in capital back
No, only 1x implementation
This is fraud
Let customers deposit with bonus promises then give no bonus and retain capital
Seit neuem bieten playid und dazugehörige Casinos Bonusse an man vertraut zahlt ein dann heisst es kein Bonus der Administrator hat so entschieden
Ok alles gut ist freiwillige Sache
dann will ich mein eingezahlten Kapital zurück
Nein erst 1x Umsetzen
Das ist Betrug
Kunden mit Bonusversprechen einzahlen lassen dann kein Bonus geben ubd Kapital zurückbehalten
