In my opinion, there are more issues than just FunID's account, so let me add a note for anyone in this thread. If you can't withdraw from any casino, no matter the payment option, for longer than 14 full days, you are welcome to submit a complaint, because that's what the Complaint Team does daily. https://casino.guru/complaints/create 👈 If you, however, struggle with the e-wallet, for example, verifying your e-wallet account or payouts, we are sadly, but very likely, out of the game. My advice is: Whenever it is difficult to distinguish between those two scenarios, submit the complaint anyway, describe the matter the best you can and my colleagues will determine whether there is something they can do. Complaints are still free of any charges, so you do not risk anything, I'd say.

Unfortunately, in this case, I have to tell you that I really don't know the answer. 🤷‍♀️

Who regulates them actually? No one? 🤔

That's not good at all, really.

I'm sorry, what happened to you? I honestly can't figure that much out.

Perhaps there was a missing bonus involved? I can't figure out the ratain capital, or the paid-in capital back, though.

~5 weeks gone and PLAYID still was not able to answer my emails. my account is still blocked and 300€ cashout not done.

Playid claims they dont receive emails with my KYC attachments.

i sent them like 15 emails from 3 different mail provider / 2 different devices/ISP.

Chat repeats every day they didnt receive it. and they wont let me drop the 2 missing KYC files via chat.

Hello!

Here's my feedback on FunID/PlayID. First off: I received all the money more or less, but it's still a shady business.

It starts with the fact that you can't find the owner's company name anywhere on the entire website, including the xxxxl Terms and Conditions, and the chat function only refers you to email when you have questions about it. In any case, the chat has absolutely no authority; you sometimes wait for hours while they wait for a response from the "department." They can't even see your account status, etc., and always want screenshots.

You have to do a little research to find out that FunID/PlayID belong to NovaForge, whose casinos here at CG are almost all rated top-notch. They don't owe me any money, but what reputable company hides like that?

Here is an excerpt from the Caribbean gambling authority listing NovaForge's domains for their license. Note funid.com; the entry with playid is probably not yet updated, as the renaming was only recent.

file

@CasinoGuru: What are your experiences with https://anjouangaming.com/file-a-complaint/ - presumably useless, similar to Curacao, right?

The transfer between the casinos (80% NovaForge) and PlayID is known to happen in real time.

Almost all PlayID casinos offer bonuses of up to 450% (!) on the first deposit via affiliate partner links. Currently, 11 different PlayID casinos are offering a 350% bonus on the first deposit via Affiliate X, non-sticky.

With NovaForge, as with Dama etc., you have to be careful; some casinos have low winning limits in their terms and conditions. I won over 35,000 (!!!) euros with a 10 euro deposit in one of their casinos and then ended up in one of their casinos where the maximum win was limited to 5 times the bonus amount = 250 euros.

file

Note the bonus amount account balance.

Overall, I'm certainly not a good customer for the casinos because I only deposit the minimum amount and take advantage of the maximum bonuses. This leads to all bonuses being blocked at some point without any notification. I receive suspicious emails about the bonuses daily, and sometimes they even show up on login, but no bonus is credited after I deposit. The chat support then tells me that none are available for me.

Even the bonus points, funID's own bonuses for wallet deposits, etc., don't work; they're visible but not activated. Again: Unfortunately, this is unprofessional!

I was lucky; I know of cases like this one from Telegram where people are asked to submit all sorts of things, bank statements from several years, etc. According to CasinoGuru, they then say they can't do anything, it's just a wallet.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post this here (please edit if so), but you can read more about the people behind it here. The group took legal action to have this report removed from Google results, etc., and was briefly successful. You can access the article in 6 languages.

In my case, I had about 15 deposits between €10 and €50, and by the day I had withdrawn approximately €350. With crypto withdrawals, you usually have to wait two weeks, while some others are processed in about seven days.

Interestingly, when I withdrew approximately €3,000 from a casino starting with a €20 deposit after fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements (500 per day, which is the limit), and I had three pending withdrawals with FunID (again, a maximum of €500 per request, but you can have three simultaneously instead of one every 24 hours), these withdrawals were processed within four hours (!) without extended KYC verification (only the initial registration verification). After receiving the three €500 withdrawals, I requested another three €500 (the remaining balance) and received them on the same day.

Only with the last payment, when my balance was €450, did I receive an email requesting a new KYC verification with a very long list of requested documents. Like I said, I guess I was lucky.

Given the dubious bonus blocking without notification etc., I decided to deposit these 450 euros into a newly added casino (OnlySpins, this is exceptionally not a NovaForge casino), wager them once via sports betting and then withdraw them via MiFinity, which was paid after 1 day.

My email requesting account closure was processed by FunId after 4 minutes 😛

Regards

Hello, thanks for sharing that!

Anjouan/AOFA/Comoros licesne is in my opinion quite disputable and I consider it to be a very weak license. 🙁

I can recall the last time a player has reported an actual response or resolution from this particular authority.

Well, I would like to say something positive, but I guess you know...

I just wanted to say that this sounds like a truly stupid situation. KYC is supported by the platform, so they should provide alternatives instead of repeatedly saying that they just didn't receive the email.

Have you ever received a system email notification indicating that an email was blocked or undelivered?

If you have not received such a notification, I find it hard to believe that the platform created by the casino operator cannot verify your identity through other means.

yes, it is a strange situation. I mean, they ask for 1 year (!) full bank account statement which is a PDF with 80 pages. It is a shame i am forced to send this, but of course, somehow i dont want to miss the winnings of 300€

my mail accounts are working 100%. I can send my attachment (and also the PDF file) without problems around the world.

when i send to support @ playid . com - i dont get error messages or mail delivery. but they claim they receive nothing.

playid says i am the only customer with problems to send attachments.

they deny 5 attempts to send via chat. "because of security reasons". they deny to receive via download-link "because of security reasons"

PlayID is a big payment provider who is connected to 40 or 50 casinos of novaforge (?) group. So i cannot understand why they are unable to finish a KYC task.

@nightforce, I wouldn't tolerate such unprofessional practices as "email not arriving" either. Two colleagues I know are currently experiencing something similar, also with other KYC documents that supposedly aren't arriving.

The fact is, it's highly unlikely that nothing will arrive, and as Radka already said, the provider isn't cooperating. Only the casinos benefit from these KYC checks; as we know, they're often abused, as is the case here. And, as mentioned, they offer zero support.

I can't guarantee anything, but if I were you, I'd summarize everything in 4-5 sentences in the chat and email (without attachments), including that the emails aren't being delivered even though there have never been any problems before. Feel free to ask them to forward it to a manager who should offer you a solution by day X (3-7 days?).

Mention – and a little gentle persuasion might help here – that you'll otherwise print it out and send it as a tracked letter to their mailbox, er, company headquarters (commercial register, London? Try searching; you'll surely find a current commercial register entry for novaforge Ltd) at xy in xxxxx. Just be polite. 😉

You'll probably say in the chat that you have nothing to do with NovaForge, blah blah, and then you'll politely mention the entry for their license number with a screenshot 😉

I can well imagine that if they see you've found out some information (from the operator) and the letter might be returned as undeliverable, their willingness to resolve the issue will increase dramatically. 🙂

Please let me know here if it helped! 🙂

Hello, this is exactly what I had in mind when I responded to you earlier. We are not talking about starting some fundraising projects but about a massively used tool developed by people from casinos. However, you are currently the only customer experiencing issues. Ho ho, I won't rate something like that.

In any case, you were asked to provide an 80-page document. Okay, so how are you supposed to deliver it? Are they somehow expecting the emails (on their end) to work just fine out of nowhere?

Because to me it seems like a dead end for you.

Have you ever been given a solution to the fact that you are unable to verify your account? Instead of a very interesting demand for a 1-year banking statement, of course.

I'm trying hard not to criticize casinos and tools, but when it comes to "fun" ID, I have my opinion already.

So what is going to happen now? Will they arrange a verification call where you will read the document to them? I wish I could assist you in some way, because this is insane.
