this was the first complaint I put in a few months ago "club player " but it was closed , I kept up on them & they finally paid me out . My other complaint , raging bull , I thought had been closed due to the casinos explanation . One more to go - dreams casino & I’m up to date. Thanks for all your help, 😎

Bullrun bets are not paying players.

My partner hit 5k on roulette, fully verified. They stopped processing withdrawals. We reached out on telegram. The agent 'Alfie' said they won't accept Irish players. Which is odd as it's not listed in their terms. She was also verified and had two withdrawals in september. When she pointed this our Alfie then said it's against their Curacao license. Which is completely untrue. He then deleted the messages in telegram and blocked her. When I reached out on my phone and called him and the scammers out he blocked me.

If you look online they hide all their X messages and their links are russian.

They aren't paying players and do not engage on any site to resolve issues.

Hey, I'm sorry your partner got into this situation. According to what I saw on their website they don't have Ireland as a restricted country either so I don't know where their information comes from. Especially if he has already received some withdrawals and paid before.

They also don't respond to emails and have been blacklisted by their affiliates.

I’ve recently tried to withdraw from TTM casino. I’ve sent all paperwork etc

I requested 2 withdrawals last week which they made every excuse not to pay and have now said I broke there terms and conditions by doing a bonus buy over 50 pound a whole week after I tried to withdraw funds. They won’t show me any proof and are currently holding over 3000 pound of my winnings

Hello, I think the most important thing for me to find out is this: were you playing with a bonus when the casino told you that you had violated the Terms and Conditions and were buying bonus buys? Did you look at the Terms and Conditions to see if they stated anything like that? I know that if you play with a bonus, you often can't do bonus-buys, so I wouldn't be surprised. It probably took a week because they were checking whether the gameplay was okay or not. 

In any case, please answer my questions so I know whether I'm seeing this correctly or not.

No the bonus buys were with my own money I was not playing with any bonuses at the time. They state there’s a max state for normal bets of 50 euro which i didn’t know about which includes bonus buys

Even with this my original withdrawals which they delayed continuously where played with no bonus and did not break any terms and conditions. I have sent proof of this but they are now ignoring my emails

They simply don’t want to pay my winnings and are trying everything possible to avoid doing so

Is it written in the casino terms that the maximum bonus buy is 50, though? Have you checked that?

If it is included there, you should not breach it for sure.

No it’s not specifically said like that at all just says max bet 50 pound which anyone would assume was the line stake as that’s extremely low

Even so I’d already tried to withdraw before this so called breach and they had delayed and delayed with excuses. They simply don’t like that I won and this site should be avoided
