Yes, I ve withdrawth the money again and I ve mailed them to check if it s going to take again so many days. They replyed to me telling excuses that I ve cancelled the withdrawth and I send them the print screen that shows that the withdrawth was rejected by them. They can t evev look my account to check it.
So I would find it strange if they tell you that you canceled it and you say it wasn't your fault. If it takes more than 14 days, we would try to help. But that answer is quite inadequate. So try making the withdrawal again using the same method as the one that was successful and see what happens.

I made 2 withdrawals of 500 euros together, 1 day apart, both were processed after 11 days after many inconveniences on my part, one withdrawal was completed normally and the money was credited to the bank and the second one was canceled under the pretext that it was the provider's fault bank. I restarted the second withdrawal and now I wait another 6 days.

And talk to customer service tell them we have passed the days they are asking for and that from now on every day the withdrawal is delayed you will put a new comment counting the days too. I told him that every day they are late I will add a comment. I don't know if this helped but I got the money. And now we start a new cycle because I only have 500 that I withdrew. I sent them and told them not to they will hassle me like with the other withdrawals and if they do my attitude will be the same
