Casino Betroia scam (page 2)

I'm completely disappointed with that casino. I withdrew 15 days ago and everything was fine... and yesterday I tried to withdraw again and nothing, it says it's pending. Also, I deposit because supposedly if you deposit a certain amount you get certain amounts of money, but the money hasn't arrived. I've been writing to them for a week and they haven't answered. I wish I knew who the owner was so I could make them pay in a way they'll never forget. The point is, they're not giving me any withdrawals or even a response.

So, do I understand correctly that you got your money the last time, but now you are still waiting for it?

How long did it take the last time, and what withdrawal method have you used, please?
