When I received the $50,000 bonus for joining their Telegram group, the terms and conditions weren't specified. I only noticed when it was credited to my account, as I was supposed to reach $10,000,000. I only managed to reach approximately $4,500,000. Two days later, I saw the same bonus advertised on Instagram, but this time with a 50x rollover (a bit more accessible). Based on their advertising, I would have easily met the requirement. However, when I tried to complete the 200x rollover, I ran out of funds. I contacted them via email and support, but received no response, much less any compensation. 
Well, I would say that if one bonus on Telegram had different wagering requirements than on Instagram, then it's basically not something that the casino couldn't do.
What surprises me is how big a bonus they gave you. I don't think I've ever seen a 50k bonus before, so I'm not surprised they put such wagering requirements on it, as I've never seen that before either. If you managed to meet the wagering requirements, how much could I withdraw?
In any case, I would be careful with casinos like this, as it's not common for players to receive such bonuses, so we'll try to find out if it could be a scam.
This same casino keeps rejecting all my withdrawals. I didn't claim any bonuses or anything because of the rollover requirement, but they don't give any explanations, they just reject them. My account is verified and meets all the requirements, so they're scamming people, and the worst part is that nobody is stopping them.
Have you also checked with your bank and asked for the statement from them that no payment was attempted?
You could provide it to the casino then, so you have real proof of that.

Support told me to check my information and change my bank account, which I did three times, and nothing happened. Then they told me to try withdrawing smaller amounts, like $100 or $200. I tried $100 withdrawals, and it was checked all day yesterday, but it was rejected last night. Now support isn't even answering me. It's a total of $900 they won't let me withdraw, and it's not like it's a lot of money.
I'm also having trouble withdrawing from Betroia Mexico; all my withdrawals are being rejected and support isn't giving me an answer or a solution (I didn't take any rollover or bonus).

Pues solo me dicen que se está procesando la verificación de mi retiro, incluso llega un correo de que se confirmo mi retiro y después me lo rechazan, en soporte me dijeron que checara mis datos y cambiará la cuenta bancaria y lo ise 3 veces y nada, después. Me dijeron que intentará retirar montos menores, que tratara con Retiros de $100 o $200 lo ise con retiros de $100 estuvo pendiente todo el día de ayer y en la noche lo rechazaron y en soporte ya nisiquiera me contestan total son $900 qué no me dejan retirar, tampoco es como si fuera mucho dinero.
They only respond via live chat, and even then, only sometimes. Most of the time they just say they'll contact me via email within 24 hours and then they never reply, even if I send them messages all day. Sometimes they do reply, but only once, and they say the same thing every time. And they never answer emails; I've sent many and nothing...
I didn't take any bonus either. I made a deposit, and when I tried to withdraw, they canceled the bonuses they gave me for the deposit. In the end, I haven't been able to withdraw at all. It's been 5 days since I've been able to make a withdrawal, and they haven't told me how to do it.
I think that if they have given you various things to do and have not done anything on their part so far, and are only cancelling your withdrawals, a complaint is definitely a good step.
I see that communication is probably not at the level you would like it to be, so we'll see what we find out.
