I've used the Slotmonster support email on Friday, last communication on Sunday saying they are still reviewing the case. Still can't log in, no explanation.

Why cant I login to casinora.me I know the email and password is correct the site hasn't got a help page I won quite a bit of money and haven't cashed out as they wanted me to deposited quite a bit of money

You could try to file a complaint here, and our team will have a look at it. It is just unsure if the casino will cooperate with us, you know. 🤷‍♀️

I’m currently unable to get in contact with SlotMonster myself and I’m not receiving any clear explanation from them. Because of that, I wanted to ask if you could perhaps help me get in touch with the right person or department there.
