It's possible that things have changed. That happens from time to time. We'll see how this situation plays out.

I don’t have much hope as they’ve continued to stonewall. If they don’t cooperate will casinoguru property warn the community about them?

The casino Bets.io - does not have a casino license at all.

At least there's nothing about it on their website, and their live support also says they don't have a regulated license.

Therefore, it's best not to play at their games at all.

They had a license from a Mickey Mouse Comoros islands board but I don’t know what happened.

if they don’t respond to the dispute or return my stolen money nobody should be playing there

Even their casino review is rather disappointing, to be honest

Thank you for adding a very valid point regarding the license. The AOFA license is more or less equal none, so from my point of view it does not mater much whether the casino is completely unlicensed or licensed under Anjouan. 🙁

No problem 🙂

The license stated in the review is also invalid:

I think the safety index of 4 alone should already serve as a warning to players about this casino. But if they don't resolve the situation, they'll get more black points and the safety index will drop even further.

It also happens when the license has not been prolonged for example. Good catch. I'll send a note to our Data Team, thanks!

For some reason askgamblers are protecting this site. They’re claiming their license is valid. Askgamblers has been protecting this website and I don’t understand why… I assume they are on the payroll.

Before checking if the validator is ok, you need to close and reopen your browser, since there is only a limited time that the validator can be open.

I have just checked, and the license is ok - https://prnt.sc/4UE_mGqZF3lC

I don't quite understand what Trustpilot has to do with them. After all, it's basically a review site.

And the casino has a license.

They wrote an email saying they are gonna steal my deposit,

Can you show me the email?

They ignored another arbitration board. They don’t care, they’re stealing. Now I’m from a restricted country which is made up BS. A warning needs to be posted about these guys. It’s my deposit they stole!file

Well, what they’re telling you about the law—that players must be from a country where gambling is legal—is completely ridiculous. The Czech Republic isn’t listed as a restricted country in the Terms on their website. I’m also not aware of any restrictions on gambling in the Czech Republic. So this seems like a pretty lame excuse from the casino.

You have an open complaint, and that’s probably what I’d focus on. I’m curious to see if the casino responds at all or not.

I have been the sacrificial lamb and now others need to be warned

Like I said, let's wait for the complaint.

They haven’t responded and they keep saying they’ll get back to me. But that’s just a public response to save face.

It is always a shame when a casino is unwilling to cooperate with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to do much about it.
