Well, what they’re telling you about the law—that players must be from a country where gambling is legal—is completely ridiculous. The Czech Republic isn’t listed as a restricted country in the Terms on their website. I’m also not aware of any restrictions on gambling in the Czech Republic. So this seems like a pretty lame excuse from the casino.

You have an open complaint, and that’s probably what I’d focus on. I’m curious to see if the casino responds at all or not.
