Hi, some casinos unfortunately take longer to process payments, so I would try to be patient for now. We give casinos 14 days to pay out players, and I believe that you will receive your money.
If not, feel free to let us know and we'll try to help.
In any case, did the casino ask you for any documents for verification? Did you play with a bonus?
I just signed up last week and on the 1st day I was able to redeem. The next day I reached out to customer service and they informed me it could be up to 4 days which I thought was odd but ok. After 4 days still nothing so yesterday I reached out to customer service again and they say the same thing over and over but this time I said well it's been over 4 days and I'm about to report you to the authorities because I believe this to be a scam and they blocked me from contacting customer service again. Stay away from here it's a scam and they don't tell you anything till after the fact and they have your money first!
Hi, if you were just trying to find out when you would get your money and they blocked your chat option, that's sad. I would say that probably doesn't make the best impression on players.
Anyway, what payment method did you use? Wasn't it necessary for you to verify yourself?
It doesn't have to be a scam right away, sometimes delays are normal and common and can depend on various things, but it would be best if the casino explained it.
We can offer assistance if you don't receive your money within 14 days.
It's quite literally not a scam. If you actually read through this forum, you'd know that.
100 daily they say but it takes over a week and you can’t request a new one until the previous one is processed. If you win any substantial money do not expect to get it within months. From personal experience I advise everyone to stay away from Cashoomo. Far far away.
This is the thing though - they're a great site for trickle profits. They pay. It DOES take minimum 5 days, but they pay. As soon as you realize this, it's a great way to make passive income.
IMO if you’re playing online slots, and you hit 1000x you don’t want it to take a year to get what you earned. Way too many better sites. It’s 2026 shouldn’t take a week to process $100 transfer when other sites can do it in 24 hours.
If I may step in for a second, I just wanted to say that I believe you nailed it here. Similarly, "amusing" daily withdrawal limits may not be a problem unless the winnings get truly exciting. If the casino only allows one active withdrawal request and doesn't carry it out daily, it's a hidden trap of a sort.
Of course it can be okay for regular lower withdrawal sums and thus for many players too, but still, you made a valid point here.
This has been since 2-10-26. I have all the communication from the "Hero’s" also emails. In which nothing has been done. I’ve asked several times for a supervisor and still nothing.
I do agree with this. Unfortunately, every user needs to research X site to see if this is the case or not. I didn't do this for Cashoomo (granted, it was new and no one had posted anything about it), and I wracked up money that would've taken me months to withdraw. But it was a nice and steady $200 every week. It took me a while to settle down and come to terms with it, but I'm happy that they at least pay out within 7 days. But I understand users' frustrations when they win big and can only withdraw so much - the withdrawal amount limit is very uncommon.
I would suggest you file a complaint here so our team can look into the situation. The thing, though, is that this casino doesn't communicate with us.
Perhaps you should go for it anyway, because you never know what can happen.
What do you say?
I post the link where you can submit your complaint here just in case you would like to try it. Ok?
