I will come back and let everyone know. Sad they can take over 100 dollar deposits in matter of seconds but to get only 100 is a week and if u win big months. I guess that's why slots pay good bc they know u will have heck trying to get out and most people will just play it back before going thru the time or energy to get it all. I can confirm that this morning I received my $200 payout and I initiated another $200 payout once the last one was "cleared". I don't know why they bumped it up but it will at least cut my time in half to get it all out.

Good news, I would say. How long did you wait for this one withdrawal, if I may ask? From what I saw, about two weeks. You were verified quite quickly, correct? Are these 200 the last ones you have there?

They did something over the Thanksgiving weekend. I would get my redemptions next day and I could actually queue the next redeem after 24 hours. But now it's back to the usual bologna.

My kyc and everything was approved payment was approved then they retracted my payment saying they needed further verification is sent copies of my ID pictures of me with my ID , bank statements, etc. I still haven't received a payment . The site is set up well and I like the games but none of that matters if you can't cash out.

It took me about 3.5 weeks from the time I started KYC process to get my first actual redemption in my account. I still have $100 max daily (which takes about a week before you can submit another one. I filed a complaint through this site and the casino refused to reply. So far I’ve received about $400 out of $8000

They'll approve you pretty quickly if you send them all the correct documentation, but yeah, it essentially takes a week for every redemption.

Are you in the bronze or silver vault category on their VIP program? Trying to figure out how I can get up to $200 max redemption

Im just bronze but I'm pretty sure the maximum and minimum is a $100 per 24 hours

I've been Gold a while and just only got to $200 after my second verification. Not sure what triggered it. Did you notice over Thanksgiving that they were dumping out redemptions? I got two redemptions in 48 hours.

Hey, since they asked you for additional documents for verification or re-verification, have they been accepted and you are just waiting for the money, or have they not been accepted yet? That may play a role in why you don't have the money yet.

However, I see that other players have already tried to help you with their experience, so I believe that you will get the money too.
