I’m posting this because I’m still trying to get a clear explanation about what happened to my BiggerZ account and the approximately 6.75 BTC that remained in it.
Before this happned, my KYC had been completed and approved, and I had already made successful withdrawals from the account. Everything seemed normal.
After a significant win, I started requesting withdrawals. I contacted BiggerZ support and was told that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000, which was around 0.15 BTC based on the Bitcoin price at the time.
I was also told to make my withdrawal requests around that amount, so I followed the instructions I was given.
Several withdrawals were processed without any issue. Then, suddenly, the withdrawals stopped.
I still had approximately 6.75 BTC in my account.
I contacted support to find out what was happening and followed up several times because I wanted to understand how the remaining balance would be handled. Eventualy, my acct was closed.
That left me with several questions.
If I was following the withdrawal process BiggerZ support had given me, why did the withdrawals suddenly stop?
If there was an issue with my account, why wasn’t I informed before I continued making the requests?
And most importantly, what happened to the remaining 6.75 BTC?
I would like BiggerZ to clarify:
1. What withdrawal limit was applied to my account?
2. Did support instruct me to submit withdrawals of around 0.15 BTC?
3. Were my requests made according to those instructions?
4. What caused the withdrawals to stop?
5. Why was my account closed?
6. What specific rule or term applies to the remaining 6.75 BTC?
7. Why was the remaining balance not processed?
After I couldn't resolve the matter directly with BiggerZ, I took the complaint to Casino Guru. The complaint remains unresolved.

I’m not posting this expecting everyone to automatically take my side. I’m simply sharing what happened from my perspective and asking BiggerZ to explain its side as well.
If there is a specific reason the remaining balance could not be processed, I want to know what it is. If a particular rule applies to my account, I want to know which rule. And if there is information supporting the account closure, I would like that explained too.
There is approximatly 6.75 BTC involved, so I believe it’s reasonable for me to ask for a clear explanation.
