Since it can be said, they robbed us, and unfortunately in this business we are alone, there is no police for us... only trust and not run into criminals like Zolocasino

It's sad things get out of hand like this and the casino suddenly stops dealing with complaints, responding to complaints, paying out players, and so on. 

The worst part is that someone always has to pay for it, and that sample of players is needed to find out that the casino is doing it. 

I feel sorry for everyone who ends up in such a situation. 😕
