I've been waiting 20 days for this casino to approve the documents and there is no way of it. I send them emails but they answer, in the chat they have cut me off several times and on the casino website I don't have the option to send a message and I don't know why they won't let me.
I have pending withdrawal but if the documents are not approved, I will not be able to collect.
It is true that I have quite bad luck with the casinos where I register: first GoodWin, then Cashalot and now Ybet.
All the documents that I have sent are verified with OK in the other casinos so the problem is not with my documents, the problem is that they may not want to pay either, as happened in the Cashalot casino.

Es cierto que tengo bastante mala suerte con lo casinos donde me registro : primero GoodWin, despues Cashalot y ahora Ybet.
Todos los documentos que he mandado estan verificados con OK en los demas casinos por lo que el problema no es de mis documentos, el problema es que a lo mejor tampoco quieren pagar, como me paso en el casino Cashalot.
Y ni siquiera mandan un correo diciendo si falta algun documento o que están mal, borrosos, etc..... es que no mandan nada por lo que siento una gran frustacion con este casino

Lo malo de este casino es que no mandan correos , entonces no se cuando tendré los documentos aprobados. Quizas sea el único casino que no manda correos, por lo menos yo no los recibo ( solo recibi el correo de bienvenida cuando me registré y ya está )

Creo que no es tan bueno este casino porque sino contestan a sus usuarios no puede er un buen casino.
