Yes I know they are active however being active in a useless way offering nothing but to enhance their delay tactic is not a gain for the community., I seriously feel like they are not competent and not sure how these guys even got licensed not having the simplest common sense of industry knowledge. I had a look into your complaints and would like to point out that the following statement is absolutely a lie. Not to mention these guys don't even know what a no-wager bonus is and just using the term to their advantage. Would Stake or Winz ever ask you to wager a no-wager bonus? Wager your deposit, yes and rightfully so. Never a no-wager bonus right? I am so sure that the bonus you got with the wheel will never display as locked bonus because I've been getting these at least 3 times a week and not once they were displayed and locked funds. As soon as you received the result of freespins or the cash amount and activated it , it is no longer bonus or never was a bonus to begin with, even in their own system. Ask them to show a gift from the wheel that will display as locked funds. I will wait. I've never seen one from my experiences week after wee. So you are absolutely right. I think there are some mistakes in their promotions. As you say, bonuses and free spins given from the wheel do not appear as bonuses. And when I read their terms and conditions, it stated that there were no wagering requirements for bonuses from the wheel. However, last month, I bought a bonus before wagering a single amount and it was confiscated. I think I was just a little bit short of a dollar or so. From that point of view, I think that the winnings from the wheel have wagering requirements of deposit plus bonus ×1.

There is also a glitch with the tournament giveaways around the fall of last year. I think there are a lot of problems with their system. I think "stake trending" means a trendy game (stake). I don't think it's plagiarism from Stake. "Stake" is not a noun, is it? I'm sorry, I can't explain it well with my language skills.

I think that section used to just say Yakuza or something before. Stake can be a verb or noun I think.

Yes from their terms they try to justify that (deposit + bonus) x1 = n0-wager. However a true no-wager bonus (including anti-money laundering allowance) should be (deposit x 1)

Also you need to note that when their system states that all your balance is withdrawable with 0 locked then that means you have no active bonuses. I've never seen a locked balance anytime I receive a wheel prize. Therefore it it cash and should not need to be wagered since they claim and advertise that their bonus comes with no wagering requirements.

I thought there's only one person making a complaint here, The writing style and issues being raised are almost identical.

Let’s be real, casinos have their verification processes for a reason. They also review betting activity to ensure everything complies with their terms, If someone is following the rules, the withdrawals will eventually go through after the checks are done.

Well back to the topic, I think you should contact them and ask the reason for the delay. I know there's always a reason. Because that's what I'm doing. And they answer me right away when I ask. So you just canceled one of my withdraws sending me an email saying I have not fulfilled the wager requirement from a tournament win. This is so ridiculous because the tournament freespins are locked until they have been complete of wager and could not have been the case where I still need to wager. You can test it in the system yourself to see if tournament frere spins are able to be withdrawn without completing the wager.

Also after reviewing record it shows that the withdrawal was tied to a deposit without a bonus. See attached for the deposit and cancelation in question. Between the deposit and withdraw there shows no record of free spins used and as mentioned even if there was, there's no way to cashout locked funds.
