Hey, that's cool.

As for withdrawals, do you have a higher limit if you're a VIP? How long does it take to get the money?

Did you talk to your manager about it?

Hey, and do you think you will someday? 😀

What should casino have to, I mean parametres for you to deposit?

I usually get couple of freebie offers first, then I end up depositing as I can't stop myself.

I played all the time. Rarely won. Then one day I win couldn’t believe it. . Waited all day for it appear in my account and nothing.

then I finally find out they won’t pay even close to the amount I wonn using some lame excuse. Paid $75 of $1300.

I always had feeling it was a dishonest sashimi cause to win was impossible.

now I know it is no good. Don’t bother with iy

Hello. Do you know why the casino refused to pay you? Did they give you any reason?

If you won the money fairly and didn’t violate any of the casino’s terms, you shouldn’t have any problem withdrawing your winnings.

When did this situation happen?

Yes I purchased the credits through the incentive player rewards that they offer. You accumulate points by purchasing and playing so they were not free spins. What’s the point of these incentives if you can cash the money out

Alright, so if I understand correctly, the reason the casino refused to pay you was because you purchased those credits and they treated them as some kind of bonus?

Was this explained anywhere in the Terms and Conditions so that players could clearly see whether any specific rules requirements applied to those credits?
