below is what I am experiencing from Winz.io. I feel being treated not fair so want to move on but hesitating due to level up I made an this site for rakeup. See below and let me know you guys think


1. 20% cashback with code "VIP"

-I could actually lose by taking this offer!! I’m at silver4 so gets 5% daily rakeback and 9% weekly cashback but once 20% cashback kicks in, those two gets deactivated. I lost on first week so got bit of cashback but not much if I factor in rakeback and weekly cashback I used to collect anyways I got second week of promo to go thru. It doesn’t make sense so I made ticket so VIP team can review but Stefanie from VIP support confirmed above is how they run. I have screenshot of chat and email which I would like to attach if I have availability to do so.


2. Misleading ViP club page.

-Instruction to join VIP club is false. I only get above 20% cashback by joining "VIP" code with 2500EUR deposit. Their actual VIP is only can be joined by invite which is what Stefanie wrote an email. So I only get above weird calculated "20%? Cashback" but NOTHING ELSE?? I just don’t get to have other 5 that’s on page advertising promo code "VIP"?

How long do you think I should wait for because its already been 4 days and it seems like they are trying to delay the withdrawal process to encourage me to keep gambling.

I keep getting the same response that they have not received any updates from the payment provider (Im assuming they are referring to Interac) I have been receiving another e transfers with no problem.


I am not sure how to proceed and I have followed the entire verification process and provided all necessary information.
