The hacker has launched a withdrawal to another address. I cancel the withdrawal, change the password and launch a withdrawal of 900 euros to the verified address. I repeatedly write to the support not to launch a withdrawal to another address. This is the first time I managed to cancel the withdrawal. Bad luck the second time, luck for the hacker /. About 45 minutes everything repeats. The hacker enters the account again and launches a withdrawal to another address different from the one he tried the first time. At the same time, he again asks to change the password and I receive a link to change the password. During this period, however, I have an interruption in the internet connection, so I try via phone. I can't log in and launch a password change. But here bad luck. I click on the change link and the antivirus program does not let me to the site = it says danger from data theft. However, I have warned both the chat and support not to allow withdrawals. To my surprise, in the morning I see the balance sent to the hacker's address.

1 веднага уведомих съпорта.2 проверих и установих че е заявено теглене на 960 евро с крипто ЕТН=аз имам верифициран адрес за депозити и тегления за ЕТН.Хакера е пуснал теглене към друг адрес.отменям тегленето сменям паролата и пускам теглене на 900 евро към верифицирания адрес.многократно пиша на съпорта да не пуска теглене към друг адрес .това е първия път успях да отменя тегленето.малшанс втория път късмет за хакера/ .около 45 мин всичко се повтаря.хакера пак влиза в акаунта и пуска теглене към друг адрес различен от този който пробва първия път.в същото време той пак иска смяна на паролата и получавам линк за смяна на паролата.в този перод обаче имам прекъсване на интернет връзката затова пробвам през телефона.не мога да се логна и пускам смяна на паролата.но тук малшанс.кликвам на линка за смяна и антивирусната програма не ме пуска до сайта=пише опасност от кражба на данни.все пак съм предупредил и чата и съпорта да не пускат теглене.за моя изненада на сутринта виждам баланса изпратен на адреса на хакера

Either there is a breach in the casino's security or it is an insider. The behavior of the casino team is inadequate. It would be logical for them to block the account after my first signal and investigate later. Those with crypto balances are quite vulnerable. There are no confirmations when withdrawing, only withdrawals are sent to random unverified addresses. The casino does not cooperate, shifting the blame to me. They could at least do an inspection because the problem is very serious. The hacker is unlikely to stop trying to steal balances.

The issue is that hackers consistently stay ahead, and I am uncertain about the actions casinos can take; however, I can offer my insights. While investigating may seem logical, it becomes ineffective until after the damage has occurred. It is reasonable, however, to block the account as soon as the user expresses clear suspicion. It must have been a disappointment. 🙁 Crypto has always been prone to fraudsters. In any case, I'm sorry this happened to you too; I really am. I wish I could say something more useful.
