I was also wondering if you can somehow block such offers from coming to you, have you tried it or not ? 

Problems with winscore for 5 days, still no payout, waiting since Thursday for my 2060 Euro, can someone please help me??

Hi, did the casino also tell you why you are waiting 5 days to withdraw ? What payment method did you use ? Have you been verified by the casino yet ?

I have been verified for weeks and everything has already had 2 or 3 payouts, yes we have so many payouts etc. all excuses, the last payout I had after 90 minutes in my bank account

I will never deposit a cent there again, they charge 8 percent for the 2nd payout in 30 days, that was 160 euros, really extortionate and not normal anymore, I blocked the site for me

Sometimes casinos can have delays if they have a lot of withdrawals and so on. Personally, I would bet that you have received money in the past and had no problems. If it's taking longer now and the casino is communicating with you, that's still a good sign. I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out all the necessary around withdrawals. If they fail to do so, then we will contact them. 

As far as the fee is concerned, it also seems to me not the smallest. Did you have them before when you made your withdrawals?
