I took their 100% betting bonus up to 200 euro. I won one bet with 60 euro stake and they reduced my max bet to 0.00. Now my money is stuck in the casino, cant bet because I am basically banned from betting with limits of zero euro and cant complete the bonus. I must cancel it and lose all my money or wait 30 days to be canceled by the system and again lose all my money. I just want my deposit back if I am not allowed to bet with them.

Hello, just to be certain right from the start: has this bonus of yours defined a max bet value? And more importantly, how did the casino explain the actual zero limit? It really sounds weird.

After contacting them they raised my limits to 0.03 cents (min bet allowed is actually 0.10 cents) to up to 0.42 cents for the biggest events like English Premier League matches or US Open, its not much different than having 0.00 max bet honestly. I need to bet around 2300 euros to complete the rollover in 30 days, meaning I have to bet around 800 events per day with average max bet of 0.1 cents.... It is ridiculous and anti-consumer behavior. This happened after only 1 bet, I have not done anything wrong, I have no other accounts with this casino or their sister sites. You should warn people about this and reduce their ratings.

I can't say anything about sports betting, because I go to the Admiral Wettstüberl for that. But Dascino-wise, it's a great casino—as I said, I submitted my detailed review a page ago, and I can tell you that I'm often very critical of casinos—especially when it comes to verification and payouts.

Good news, after talking to their support Winnerz agreed to refund my deposit despite the fact that my real money was basically turned into bonus money according to the Terms and Conditions. I still don't like how they can limit your max stake and practically freeze your money if you have taken a bonus with big rollover requirements, but at least it shows that even in such cases you can reach out and try to speak to them and they will actually try to help instead of responding like AI bots like many other casinos do.

Oh, finally, some less negative news! I understand it still carries a bit of a sour taste, but I still feel it's more like progress! It's really great to see that the casino and sportsbook care.

They make you wager your own money 5x or they take 10% commission of your withdraw. I mean example you deposit 50e and you need to wager 250e even thou it's your own money. There should never be anymore than 1x wager when ur not playing with bonus money. They have updated their policy somewhere in summer so players who used to play there don't have a clue about the new wager policy. And ofc the casino have not informed that to the players. Avoid this casino all costs.
