I see that you supported the Winna site, while they clearly say here what they did to me and why they are not answering me, even through my site support. It was never stated anywhere that you get all your deposits tripled. It's about "one random deposit site-wide" - this is the whole promotion. Simply reading the text or asking live support would have made this very clear to you.


Secondly, you would be eligible for lossback from platinum VIP level on which is also clearly stated on our website. You do not have this level and therefore you are not eligible for lossback. This is no scam or deception but simply our clearly communicated bonus system.


Take responsibility for your actions and your lack of reading / putting attention / understanding but do not get mad at us for it. This makes no sense.

I have lost money because of the ads and no one is responding. I have made several deposits hoping that at least one of them will triple so that I can recover my losses, but things have gotten worse. My losses have increased. So far I have only received 80 cents in bonuses for my losses, which is really ridiculous. Losing $270 in two weeks and only getting 80 cents in bonuses is ridiculous. No matter how much I bet, I can't reach the bronze level because the bronze level you have set requires a $1,000 wager, which is actually a lie. To reach the bronze level you have to bet $5,000. This is fraudulent behavior. "Right now, I just want you to triple the amount I deposited this month because of the ads, because I deposited money because of your ads and you took it all from me by cheating on the original games." Everything is clear. If you really cared about your users, instead of writing this message here, I would have contacted support directly. I would also like to ask why your support team has not responded to my messages for the past two weeks. I am currently at a loss and this loss is increasing every day. It is unfair to treat customers who have suffered losses in this manner by ignoring their requests for assistance.

Thank you for your reply. I fully understand that you are not a representative of the casino and that Casino.Guru is an independent platform. I respect your role as an admin trying to fairly assess user complaints.


However, I would like to clarify once again that my issue is not simply about losing money through gameplay. I accept that losing is a part of gambling. My complaint is based on misleading promotional practices, broken bonus promises, and being unfairly blocked by customer support after I raised legitimate concerns.


Before I registered, the casino advertised a promotion that said one of my deposits would be tripled. This was the main reason I made several deposits. But despite following the promotion, no such bonus was credited. Furthermore, when I reached out for help, they blocked my account from support, while still responding instantly to my friends who contacted them under different names — until they mentioned me, at which point they were ignored too.


This behavior reflects an intentional avoidance of responsibility and a serious lack of transparency. I’m not expecting a guaranteed win — I’m asking for fairness and for the casino to honor the promotions they advertise.


Even if you are unable to directly intervene, I would greatly appreciate it if you could take this case seriously and investigate further. If the casino is allowed to use deceptive marketing and then block users who question them, that reflects poorly not just on them but on platforms where players expect fair treatment.

I just want other users to not fall victim to this scam site. They don't even respect the user to reply to the user's messages or solve the user's problem. Otherwise, I know that gambling is always a loss, but this is completely illegal by cheating on original games.

Although I would like to help you, it is not possible to force the casino to give you the bonus you are talking about. Unfortunately, casinos have the option of not offering bonuses to players. 

Obviously, it is not the best approach if casinos in general advertise bonuses and send it to players, and then when they make a deposit, they say that you are not entitled to it. That is not how it should be.  

However, unfortunately, we cannot help you in this situation.😕

You can see for yourself that they are running away from the truth. I have evidence that many users like me have had problems, even on Trust Pilot. You can see the comments. The Winna site does not even show mercy to its old users. It is now clear that they do not want to solve my problem. I ask you to remove this fraudulent and scamming site from here so that everyone understands that the Winna site is a scam site. I am wondering how they are allowed to receive money. You can see for yourself in the screenshots I sent that in the original game, it's not possible to lose that much in the new seed. In the classic keno game, it's ridiculous. They're clearly cheating and stealing.

In this case, however, there is no warning to give, and to be honest, we don't give warnings for things like this. 

I saw that you wrote to customer support and that in some cases you didn't get a response, but if they explained it to you, then there was nothing more to say. 

Perhaps it would be better if, in a similar case in the future, you came to the forum with some bonus if you didn't understand it or wanted to ask something. Maybe you'll avoid various complications.

I am really disappointed that you think like this and support those who are defrauding users, while I have proof that I have screenshots. After they trick the user into making a deposit and losing money, they are no longer accountable, which is clearly visible in the screenshots. I saw the screenshots, but I didn't see the entire conversation between you and the live chat. They stopped responding to you after a while. 

I don't know what it means that the casino "tricked" users into depositing, because if they explicitly promised you something and then you didn't get it, then I would take it that way. According to what the casino describes and what is most important, what is in the promotion that both you and the casino sent, it does not say that your deposit must be increased. I feel like you're relating this to the bonus, and when I talk about the bonus, you shift the focus to the fact that live chat didn't respond to you, and we keep going around in circles. 

I understand that you're unhappy, but sometimes it's good to understand the entire wording of the bonus before you talk about whether the casino defrauds people or not.😕
