I regret that I have to share such an experience, but I believe other users deserve to know the truth.

I registered at Winna Casino, made several deposits, and unfortunately, not only was I never able to make a single withdrawal, but after losing around $450, my account was suddenly blocked without any valid explanation. This happened even though:

I only had one account,

I never made a single withdrawal,

All my deposits and losses are clearly recorded and verifiable.

After my account was blocked, I received no proper support or explanation, and not even a small bonus or compensation for my losses. This behavior is nothing less than blatant fraud.

I strongly urge Casino Guru to listen to the voices of real players who have evidence and have been scammed, instead of supporting fraudulent casinos. If Winna Casino continues this way, more and more players will become victims.

Hello, first of all, I would be very careful with sharing your email publicly on this forum. There are many scammers around.

Secondly, if you believe something unfair happened to you, please submit an official complaint. My colleagues are here to investigate, which of course includes listening to the voices of the players. Don't worry.

However, we prefer to investigate first; after the situation is clear the mediation may or may not change the outcome.

If you know of any other players who can provide proof by submitting a complaint, please bring them all here to complain.

You have done right to submit your complaint. I can see that it was transferred to your complaint resolver now, and soon he will try to get in touch with the casino so we can learn more about the whole situation.

Just please be really careful when sharing sensitive information on the forum, like your email address. As Radka said, we had many scammers taking advantage of our users this way, unfortunately.

They happily kept my deposit money but refused to pay my winnings, very interesting casino.

I played on their live casino, made some winnings tried to withdraw then nothing.


Now they claim that I did fraudulent betting as if somehow that's possible in the live casino.

I played Blackjack only and all I did was some martingale and apparently that's 'fraudulent betting' even though Martingale doesn't win longterm anyway.


Absolute clowns they should ask for an IQ test and restrict it to 85.
