I haven't been paid since the 22nd. But we're only talking about €300. They've always paid within 48 hours. I'm worried—I think I'm not going to get my money.

Sure, I understand. Is there any particular reason why you haven’t received your money yet, especially since you’ve received your withdrawals within a fairly normal timeframe in the past, as you mentioned?

Have you asked the casino about it? Did they only give you a general statement saying that there is a delay or something similar?

I’d also like to mention that we give casinos up to 14 days to process withdrawals. If you still haven’t received your money after that, you can come back to us and we’ll try to help you through a complaint.
