I have been waiting for my money since 29.5.

I have once received a payout then never again.

I go for 2-3 weeks daily in the chat and ask, however, they have banned me yesterday from the chat or something, I can no longer get in. I have also sent at least 4 emails to their finance department but also without response.

I want to add to this discussion that I have just noticed, that WildPharao partly uses fake games. For example Legacy of Dead. Using the browser dev tools you can see that this game doesn't get loaded from playngonetwork.com, but from a different suspicious domain.

I'm sorry, but I think that there is no chance to get your winnings. Let's say that it would be very surprising if you did 🙁.

Good, I played very actively on Wildpharao back then, my account is fully verified and I didn't make any mistakes while playing. I have now contacted the payment service several times and also the normal support, which keeps telling me the same thing, namely that I have to contact the payment service. It's "only" 800€, I gambled away more than 4 times that amount there. any help would be really appreciated.
