Hi everyone,

I am looking to gather information and start a discussion here regarding some inconsistencies I've noticed with Wild.io’s "Welcome Bonus Restricted Countries" list.

I am currently disputing a $13,378 withdrawal. I have strong suspicions that the casino may be manually updating their restricted country list to target high-value winners. Specifically, it appears there are indications that "Austria" was recently removed from the list and replaced with "Japan"—potentially as a targeted change following my win.

I’m hoping to hear from others in this thread who might have experienced something similar.

Please share your experiences below if:

Austrian players: Have you noticed that you are suddenly no longer restricted from claiming bonuses that were previously blocked?

Japanese players: Have you recently had winnings confiscated due to this restriction, despite having no such issues earlier this year?

Any players: Have you experienced a situation where a "restricted country" rule seemed to appear only after you completed a Video KYC or requested a large withdrawal?

I am trying to determine if this is a recurring pattern, as similar issues were discussed by the community back in 2023. Please post your findings or any similar experiences directly in this thread so we can compare notes and bring more transparency to this issue.

Thank you for your help.

I would like to alert the community about a site that might not be on everyone's radar yet: Wolf.io.

If you visit the site, you will immediately notice that it is almost a carbon copy of Wild.io. I am currently in the process of gathering evidence regarding the relationship between these two platforms. If anyone has information on whether they are economically linked or managed by the same group, please share your insights here.

For those considering playing at Wolf.io, please exercise extreme caution. Based on numerous complaints from 2023, Wild.io has a very high probability of retroactively manipulating "Welcome Bonus" terms to disqualify high-value winners. I suspect many players were forced to "give up" their winnings in the past because they fell into this trap.

The technical issue to watch out for:

No Timestamps: Unlike their general terms, the Welcome Bonus pages often lack a "Last Updated" date.

JavaScript Obfuscation: The terms are rendered via JavaScript. This makes it nearly impossible for a user to gather evidence of a retroactive change after a dispute has started, unless they had the foresight to take screenshots beforehand.

I believe this "dark zone" in the Welcome Bonus terms is being used to "swap" rules silently once a player wins big. If you are playing on either of these sites, take screenshots of the terms every single day.

If you have any information about the connection between Wild.io and Wolf.io, or if you have experienced similar "post-win" rule changes, please post your findings in this thread.
