Hey, I think if you click on the complaint form, it has everything you need right there. At the bottom of the page, it says that Karla is investigating your case but that she’s on vacation. In the top right corner, there’s a timer showing when Karla will get back to you, so you don’t have to worry that it’ll be ignored.🙂
Well, it looks like the casino is not responding. Considering its Safety Index, I cannot say I am too surprised.
Could you briefly describe what happened in your case? Were you having trouble withdrawing your money, or what exactly do you think the casino did wrong?
