So far, I’ve had a positive experience with WestAce. I’ve requested two withdrawals from them, and both were processed within one business day. The withdrawal process has been quick and straightforward, and I haven’t had any issues so far.
I also appreciate the communication from their VIP team and the promotions they have offered me. Based on my experience so far, I’m satisfied with the service.
Update October 16, 2026 My experience with Westace’s VIP team has significantly changed my opinion.
I previously left a positive review because my earlier experience with Westace had been good. Unfortunately, after trying for several days to close my account due to repeated communication problems with the VIP team, my trust has been seriously damaged.
The VIP team offered me a no-deposit bonus package worth 60,000 HUF in total: 20,000 HUF immediately, 10,000 HUF on October 23, and 30,000 HUF on November 1. I accepted the offer almost immediately and in good faith.
However, the messages I received about the initial 20,000 HUF bonus were contradictory. One message stated that it had already been credited to my account, while another indicated that it would be credited after my acceptance. Despite accepting the offer, the bonus did not appear in my account.
I contacted my VIP manager and the VIP team by email and provided screenshots of the relevant messages and my acceptance. Despite these efforts, I was left waiting without a clear response.
What disappoints me most is that I originally wanted to close my account because of repeated communication problems with the VIP team. After several days of discussions, I found myself in the same situation again, waiting for answers and a resolution.
For me, this is not just about a bonus. It is about clear communication, consistency, and trust. I believe customers should receive clear information and a proper response when they try to resolve an issue or close their accounts.
I have now submitted a formal complaint to the casino’s complaints team and am waiting for a response. I have also kept screenshots of the correspondence.
At the time of this update, the matter remains unresolved. My recent experience with Westace’s VIP team has unfortunately changed my previously positive opinion of the casino. I hope Westace takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication with customers, particularly when they are trying to resolve an issue or close their accounts.
