Yes, maybe you can't do anything, but can't the players do anything? Is there no way for players to take action against the casino? There is no authority in Curacao where you can go. Don't you have an address or other tip for the players?

I've done so much as emailed the Curacao licensing company with their business license (see below) ...I also sent a message to the man who signed the certificate after looking him up on Linkedin.

This company doing business under the name Wagerinox is committing banking fraud and illegally withholding all withdrawal requests for payment they have received. I've been in contact with about 40 other persons who are owed money from this business and they have not paid anyone. It is my belief that they have yet to issue funds to a single customer while they continue to process deposits and collect funds from hundreds of customers. This business is committing fraud and we will continue to seek out every possible legal action available until they either pay their debts or shut down.

The players can submit a complaint and if that is unresolved, the safety index of the casino will be lowered. This is the only thing which can be done here, unfortunately. We hope the low safety index will be helpful, at least, in cases like this.

Thank you for your insides and tat you case about others, as well. Hopefully there will be some light at the end of this tunnel.🤞 We are really sorry, that we can not be of any more help here.

I think we have definitive proof of conspiracy to commit fraud.

This email is from the the same "licensing" company that appears on what Wagerinox is claiming to be their gaming license certificate. According to C.I.L. Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V., neither the casino's website nor the company is known to them. Unless they are lying simply to save face about issuing a license to a business committing securities fraud, then this gaming license was completely falsified and Wagerinox is guilty of a few more crimes than I originally anticipated. I'm still holding onto hope that a few of these people will be held accountable. They messed with the wrong disgruntled gambler this time.

Dear Rich,

Unfortunately it is. We already contacted the management of the company Predicten N.V. informing them of this for their action.

So this is a falsified document attached?

Generally speaking, the CIL license is one of the weakest. As you may see, it's just an ordinary pdf document, which is quite easy to alter or forge for anyone these days. 🙁

If I'm not mistaken, you attached this document to emails sent to the CIL representative, and the response was "Unfortunately it is." Am I correct at this point? Thus, I bet it proves the document is not of true origin.

Anyway, I'm forwarding your findings to our dedicated Data Team. The current review says the license is held under CEG and is still, unverifiable.

We'll be in touch with you for further updates.

Hi!

Anything new on your side?

I'm back with a bit of follow-up. We're trying to get an official response from the licensing authority, probably from both. Based on the outcome, the review will be changed accordingly if necessary.

These investigations may be slow, but I'm trying to stay in touch with the process.

Yes, he is confirming that the document is a forgery. I haven't done any additional follow up here unfortunately. I'm in my last week of a 16 month full stack developer course and I've simply been too busy to continue chasing down this casino. It really feels that someone besides a private citizen who had $600 stolen from him should be lead investigator on this. If I'm not mistaken what they're doing would be considered a fairly serous ``crime in most countries, yet even with this knowledge, I can still go on their site right now and deposit money.

Unfortunately our data team has not received any answers yet, so we don't have any kind of update. It is really up to players, many times, to find out more details about an online casinos, simply from their experience by playing there. Other wise it is really difficult to keep up with so so many online casinos all over the world and we are thankful to all the players to help us with it this way. I hope we will be able to find out more soon.

Yes, I know, I've been waiting for 300 euros since March 3rd. But I've given up because I don't have the nerves for these scammers. And yes, you can't get any help or tips anywhere, which is a shame.

I asked every day and every day I got the same answer. It wasn't a human who answered, but a robot, and every day the same answer. I'm fed up with that. They should choke on the money they steal from people. Nobody here got their winnings, NOBODY

Months ago I remember seeing people here complain about held withdrawals and it's crazy there are still problems with this site, I gave them the benefit of doubt but now I think we can label it as a scam site, too many complaints

Yes this casino is not paying any of it's customers. It amazes me they haven't been shut down. We still have yet to confirm any players receiving funds from this casino...at least I haven't. And I tried for about 4 months to find someone.

rboyce212

It seems this casino has never paid anyone at all, all complaints turned out unsolved which just means the users filing them never got paid. This is not the first scam casino and certainly not the last one, there are many of them

file You can play as high as you want, you won't get the money. This is what my history says 3.3.

It's sad that there are such casinos, but unfortunately we probably won't be able to avoid them. I have looked at their safety index (3,3) and I have also seen a warning that they do not try to cooperate with us and do not respond to complaints. So that's probably not the way to go either because all that will happen is that the casino's safety index will be lowered. Of course, at the very least, I would recommend a complaint, but it probably won't solve anything. I'm sorry you played in such a casino and I hope it won't happen again. 🙁
