i withdraw 8 days ago and send the documents they need,but i hear nothing about it.i contact every day about the status and i only get back a standard message that i must wait.when i contact live chat they want to get rid of me,it feels not right and i dont know what i can do

I have the same problem with this casino, we are being cheated again for 600 euros. I have been waiting for 8 days now and they have thrown me out of the chat and they no longer respond to emails, these are hard crooks on the backs of hard working players. ronald

Hello, I'm sorry for the situation you got into, but I would also like to point out the safety index which is very low at this casino. 

Regarding your withdrawal, did the casino give you a reason why this is so and why it takes longer ? Is your account already verified ? 

We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal and KYC process, so if nothing changes in the next few days and you still don't get any relevant response, then I think it would be a good step to file a complaint. 

However, I would like to be optimistic that this situation will be resolved, but I am not sure if it will be. If you have any news, let me know.
