Hello! Vox Casino kept their word and, FINALLY, I have the money in my account.

I think having screenshots with every conversation I had with Support, withrawals, all the e-mails with them saved, helped me and I think it would save anyone, no matter the casino.

Here I come again, cause it wasn't enough to be fooled once...I had to do it again.😁

On May 19, 2026, I made a deposit on Voxcasino, won, and requested two separate withdrawals totaling 3,050 RON (450 RON and 2,600 RON).

My account was fully verified in January 2026. Despite this, the casino is currently stalling my payments under the guise of an "account review." This is the exact same tactic they used against me in February 2026, which was only resolved after I filed a public complaint.Chronological

Timeline:

January 2026: My account successfully passed full KYC verification.

February 2026: I had a large win. The casino blocked me, claiming account issues. After I filed a complaint on review sites, they unblocked me, paid my winnings, apologized, and explicitly stated my account was perfectly fine for future deposits and withdrawals.

May 19, 2026: I deposited and requested two withdrawals (450 RON and 2,600 RON).

Day 3 (May 22): Support told me withdrawals take 3 to 5 days.

Day 5 (May 24): Support assured me the payment would go through "in a few hours." It did not.

Day 6 (May 25): Support changed their story, stating my account was suddenly "under review." I reminded them of my January verification and the February incident.

Days 7–10 (May 26–29): I contacted support daily. They gave arrogant and contradictory responses, claiming alternatingly that the account is "under review" or "going through verification."

My account has been verified for months, and the casino already cleared my account after a formal dispute in February. This new review is a bad-faith stall tactic. I have waited 10 days for a process that should take 3 to 5 days.

As far as I can see, this is their new tactic for not paying players. There are various complaints similar to mine on other casino review sites.

I request Casino Guru’s assistance in urging VoxCasino to stop stalling and release my 3,050 RON.

PS: I have screenshots to prove the deposit, withrawals pending, my account being verified, chats with Support, e-mails from them from past to today.

Hey, so you tried again and ran into problems a second time, which probably means something. So if the casino says the account is under review, does that mean you have to send documents again, or do you just wait and don’t have to verify anything else?

If you need help, you know what to do. Fill out a complaint, and I hope it’s just a normal delay and nothing serious.🙂

It clearly says something...😁

They have 2 game providers I like and, since they assured me it's all good and my account is 100% ...I said to give it a try.

 And no, they didnt ask anything becouse I already sent them all the documents they could ask for.

  They just said their "experts" are running a review on my account, another operator said "verification" ...though they did that already...twice!

So maybe they're just reviewing the withdrawal request. Or maybe it's just a security check. That's pretty common at casinos. So I'd just be patient and I'm sure the process won't take long.

Hi, could you please describe the entire process of how you submitted the complaint? Were you logged in the whole time, or did you happen to get logged out while entering the information? Did you try it multiple times?

If the issue persists, you can try recording a video starting from the moment you log in to your account and send it to us via email- community@casino.guru, so we can see where the error occurred.

I tried a few times yesterday and each time I got that message. Today I cleaned the page again, deleted history, cookies etc and tried again and managed to submit my complaint.

I must have done something wrong. Sorry! All fixed now.

Oh, you're so wise—it never even occurred to me, and that's something we often recommend to players. Sometimes the easiest option is the one we're least likely to think of.

Update June 8 : finally my withrawals went through! After daily chats with their support team, after posts on sites, bitting my tongue !!!😁 ...they finally payed me.

I already closed my account! Vox Casino is not a safe place to deposit money... They're trained scammers! There are plenty serious casinos where one can have a little fun from time to time 🙂
