That sounds like a cool chill—not the first screenshot, however.

Well, if you ever need our mediators, just submit a complaint request. The option is there, but your preferences are, of course the most important. 😉

I was waiting for my Withrawal to go through, opened the app and saw my account had been blocked.

I then went to support, provided them my information and they started telling me I have multiple accounts, that my account is blocked and I wont see my money. I told them I had only 1 previous account( that i have forgotten aboyt, it wasnt verified, no deposits, no bonuses...nothing) and that I solved the problem with one of their colegues, in day 1 and everything was fine( i was able to make deposits, withrawals). Support kept giving me copy/paste responses, no real help at all.

I wrote them e-mails...no response.

I wrote a review here and on another site, explainning the situation. VoxCasino responded there, asking for my info to "help me" ...wich I gave. I am waiting for their answer but, to be honest, I have no hope they will be fair and pay me my money.

I hate scammers and I don't want to stop here. I am currently gathering information and see what my next steps should be.

Thank you very much for your answer!

It must be really frustrating, for sure.

Please know that if you won't be able to resolve it with the casino, our complaint team could try to mediate the issue and hopefully help.

Just let us know how it goes.

4 days later, no reply from Vox Casino. What can I do next since they blocked my account, they don't answer e-mail ... ? 🥺

Unfortunately, our complaint team will be able to intervene in your case only after the 14-day time period. So the best you can do now is to wait and try to get in touch with the casino for more answers, actually.

Have you tried the support by email and the live chat, as well, please?

Yes, I talked to their Support right when I saw they blocked my account, on 26.02.2026. They gave me copy/paste answers, no answers to my questions, just repeating that i broke their rules by having multiple accounts. Nothing I said mattered.I also wrote them e-mails and no answer.

Thank you for taking the time to reply!

Hello! Vox Casino finally answered me asking me if I agree that my first un-verified account can ne deleted( the account I was told is gone in Day 1) .

I went to their Support, I show them the e-mail I got and after tens of minutes of "deciding"( yes, the person from Support was asking for time to "decide" wether they will unblock my account) ...they said that I will have acces to my account " later" .

24 hours later, account still blocked, I go to Support again. Person there tells me that my account is blocked becouse I have a previous account...the same thing all over again. I show them the screenshots.... 30 minutes later, yes, ok, you will be able to use your account.

I ask when ..they can't give a date.

I have never been through something like this. It is the worst support I have ever came across.

For 430 euro I have to write reviews, make complaints, official complaints to their licence provider and so on. And I just dont want to stop ...

Sorry for the LONG update...

Have a great day!

Hello, my dears,

Last year I discovered Vox Casino. In December 2025, I won €3,500 and the money was in my account after 9 days.

Accordingly, I rated it positively and thought all the negative reviews were just nonsense.

But on March 1st, 2026, I won again. 3,600 euros this time. I requested a withdrawal and had to re-verify my account. I did that. On March 4th, my account verification was successful. The payment deadline was updated, so according to the terms and conditions, it's within 5 days for this amount. That period ended yesterday. This morning I received an email telling me to split it into 100-euro installments.

Here is my reply:

Ladies and Gentlemen

They're recommending I split my payout? If I did that, would I have to cancel my current request and submit 36 separate requests?

Would these 36 individual requests be processed in a single day? Is your system even designed to handle 36 payment requests? Or is it possible to process only one at a time, until it's finished, before moving on to the next?

I don't want to do anything wrong, and therefore I'm hesitant to withdraw my request regarding the 3,600 euros. I don't want to suffer any disadvantages in the end.

Would there then be a new payment deadline, or would payment be made immediately, since the deadline has already passed?

Otherwise I would be at a disadvantage, even though I have already patiently waited for the payment deadline.

So I would receive 36 payments of 100 euros each in one day?

If all of this were processed together, it would theoretically be no problem to create 36 individual requests. However, I would not agree to newly started payment deadlines.

Another question is, are there additional fees for multiple withdrawals? Which I also wouldn't find acceptable.

But how do I know that I won't have to verify myself 36 times for 36 requests?

This all seems a bit suspicious to me. Please don't misunderstand me. I just wouldn't find it acceptable if this were a case of stalling for time due to various payment difficulties. I certainly don't want to accuse you of anything like that.

I hope you will understand my concerns.

I can't say anything about running online casinos, but 3600 euros isn't that much money, compared to what you could theoretically win in large sums.

Last year I already won 3500 euros from them, and that came in one lump sum.

Afterwards, I also posted positive reviews about the VOX casino everywhere, and didn't believe the partly negative criticism regarding splitting "amounts" that I had read.

I would be grateful if we could discuss all my questions first.

For now, I will leave my payment request pending and ask for payment of the 3,600 euros by the deadline.

Thank you in advance for your efforts.

No answer to that.

I then went back to the live chat. And they simply said that if I didn't cancel my request, it wouldn't be processed.

I am so disappointed and angry...

Especially since I really need the money right now.

Since requesting a withdrawal, I keep receiving supposed free spins and bonuses, which VOX Casino never normally gives out, just to entice me to play. Which I will not do.

I find it totally outrageous that they're simply saying that if I don't cancel it, it won't be processed. The funny thing is, there's no button to cancel the request. I guess I'd just have to start gambling away the money to crash the request...

I could go crazy and I'm not going to put up with this. I'm thinking of going straight to a lawyer about it tomorrow...

Hey, it's definitely not common to make so many withdrawals, but on the other hand, I know that casinos can sometimes do what they did to you and ask you to make smaller withdrawals. But in my opinion, they are too small for that, and I don't think they would accept them all in one day so that you would get all your money. That's why I would say that they asked you to split it into smaller amounts so that they could pay you out gradually. My recommendation is definitely not to gamble with the money. If you say that you can't even cancel the withdrawal, then they should be able to do something about it.

I wanted to recommend that you lodge a complaint, but I see that you've already done so, so let's see what our team says.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. 🤞

Thank you very much. I find €100 increments too small for a €3600 deposit. Under these circumstances, the increments should be at least €500. To withdraw my request, which isn't possible with the system, I would have to play until my balance drops below €3600 so that my request is automatically removed from the system. Yesterday I considered actually doing this, but then I didn't. This can't be how it's supposed to work. It's not reputable and doesn't comply with their own terms and conditions.

And the customer service representative didn't answer my detailed questions in the customer chat either, but instead wrote that if I didn't withdraw my application, my payout wouldn't be processed. But as I said, there's no button to withdraw or cancel. The only way would be to "play it down a bit." But I'd be stupid to get that lucky. And I'm not so addicted that I have to gamble compulsively.

I understand, then it will be important to wait for our team. I thought that if they recommended or told you that the withdrawal must be in smaller amounts, then it would be no problem and you would be able to cancel the withdrawal normally. But I wouldn't count on such low amounts either. However, if that's not the case and the casino isn't very helpful, it would be best to work with our team and I'm sure we'll find a solution.

Hi, could you please clarify or close this matter? Have you received all the money yet? How did you cancel or withdraw your withdrawal request, as there's no function for that on the VOX Casino website? Canceling only works if you've already played through a few euros, and the request is canceled because the amount is then somewhat smaller...?

I just read about someone who played at VOX Casino and the first 500 euros they wanted to withdraw were in their account in one lump sum after 9 days.

That's how it was for me the first time, too. After exactly 9 days, 3,500 euros were in my account. No problems, and all in one go.

However, I must shamefully admit that at that point, the casino was still in the black thanks to my numerous deposits, even after they paid out the winnings. I had deposited almost €4,800 over time and was happy to have "won back" at least €3,500. From that point on, I never gambled so excessively again...not at all for two months, and now I've deposited about €30 and won €3,600. If I calculate that €3,500 and €3,600 equals €7,100, and the casino would have lost about €2,000 on me as a player. And that's why they're behaving this way now...that's my theory.

When I won for the first time, which arrived smoothly in one lump sum after 9 days, they saw the deposits and thought: an addicted high roller...we can easily pay him out...he'll just bring it back to us anyway.

But I deliberately behaved differently because I didn't want to gamble away so much money again so pointlessly. The problems I had as a result were meaningless to me.

Now, with my winnings of €3,600, you'd be about €2,000 in the red with me as a player, and you can see from the transaction history that my gambling behavior is no longer excessive. And it seems that's how such players are treated... So, this is all just my assumption, my thoughts on the matter.

That came to mind earlier when I read that someone received their first payment of 500 euros without any problems after 9 days. Just like me.

I'd be interested to know if the casino was still in credit with you as a player at the time of the €500 payout...? And if they were in the red with your second withdrawal...

Then one would have a clearly recognizable pattern of behavior. But let me reiterate: this is not a fact or judgment of mine, but merely my assumption that this could be an indicator of behavior.

I think I understand your opinion or view on the matter. It's okay to express it. However, you will still have to wait and see if anything moves forward or if it's up to us. I don't think we can come up with anything more at this point.

I sympathize with you, but patience will be most important in this case.

Hello! Finally, Vox Casino unblocked my account. After other e-mails and chat with Support, they gave me money back. Now I am supposed to wait 5 days in order to have the money in my account. Fingers crossed 😁

Again, thank you very much for your help!
