I contacted the casino again today through live chat regarding my withdrawal.


I was informed that there is currently a delay with the payment processing and that I need to wait a few more days again.


At the moment, the withdrawal is still showing as pending in my account despite all completed verifications and previous assurances regarding the processing time.


Today is already the 14th day since I first tried to withdraw my winnings, so this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating and difficult to understand.

Thank you very much for your support and understanding during this situation.


I decided to submit the official complaint request today because the withdrawals are still pending after 15 days, despite multiple successful verifications and following all instructions from the casino.


At the moment, I am still waiting for the new credit card withdrawals to be processed after the previous bank transfer withdrawals failed due to a technical issue on the casino/payment provider side.


I truly hope this issue can finally be resolved soon.

I would like to describe the entire situation because at this point it has become completely absurd and extremely stressful.

I started trying to withdraw my winnings more than two weeks ago. During this time, I fully cooperated with the casino, completed all verification steps, and submitted every requested document multiple times, including bank statements, card verification, and identity verification.

At first, my withdrawals by bank transfer were cancelled due to alleged technical problems with the payment provider. The casino then instructed me to use another payment method, so I submitted new withdrawal requests using my credit card.

The withdrawal of €3540 was processed and I received the money successfully.

However, the €5000 withdrawal has become a complete nightmare.

I received an official email from the casino confirming that the €5000 withdrawal had been processed and sent. In my casino account, the transaction is also clearly marked as "processed/completed" ("Verarbeitet").

Despite this, the money never arrived in my bank account.

I waited the full 5 business days requested by the casino. After that, I contacted support again and sent them a PDF bank statement proving that the money was never received.

Now the most absurd part:

Even though the withdrawal is STILL shown as "processed/completed" in my transaction history, the €5000 has somehow returned to my casino balance again.

So currently:

the transaction is marked as completed,

I received confirmation emails saying it was processed,

but the money was never delivered,

and it has returned to my casino account anyway.

At this point, I honestly do not know what is happening anymore. I have never experienced anything like this with any casino before.

This entire process has now lasted for more than two weeks and has caused enormous stress and anxiety.

I would really appreciate any further assistance because this situation no longer seems normal.

Hello Julia, I'm sorry to see that you are still stuck in the middle of this. I briefly checked the complaint and thought it would be best to wait for the casino's official response because guessing won't help very much here. 🙁

Perhaps a stupid question: are there any other possible payment options left for you? I'm thinking of something that wouldn't be directly limited by a payment provider—maybe a crypto transfer?
