I'm in the same case, I've been waiting for 3 withdrawals of 500 euros each for about 11 days, and the most curious thing is that yesterday after making a new reinforcement, I was even blocked from accessing their website (I tested it with a colleague of mine).
Did you get any email from the casino with the explanation of this situation, though?
Many times casinos block accounts when they need to check if everything was okay. Sometimes even the game provider needs to check the gameplay, actually.
This is the error that appears when I try to access, this error occurs when my IP is blocked or the domain is changed, which is not the case because outside my network I have access.
This happened because I opened several tickets to resolve the case of the withdrawals I made on the 6th, until today I haven't received anything, I don't have access to their website, they barely reply to me by email.
This is an unusual lack of competence.

I understand your point here.
At least there has been some progress now, right?
We'll wait for more information from you. Hopefully it'll be soon over.
In that case, I would file a complaint if you wait more than two weeks. It's not the least bit, so we would try to assist you if it takes even longer.
If you don't need verification, then I don't understand how long you should remain in this state.

Tried to withdraw starting with the 500 and then when I tried logging in days later it says "account under review".
Still waiting to hear back what the situation is, and will update if there is anything.
Unfortunately I can't file anything through CG as this was sports betting.
Oh, yeah, we don't do sports.
I hope that it will get resolved soon then.
Have they at least informed you what they need to check?
Hi, I understand why you're angry. It's a lot of money, I would say. In such cases, I always recommend that players refrain from playing altogether, take a break, and so on.
Unfortunately, casinos cannot be profitable in the long run, and players will sooner or later lose their money there. It's important to remember this and treat gambling as occasional entertainment rather than a source of easy money.
Once again, I'm sorry.😕
