Hello, I'm new here.
I have the following problem. I play at vegadream.com. So far, everything has always worked smoothly with withdrawals.
Now the thing is, I have two withdrawals. 1 x €1700 and 1 x €2000. The withdrawal has been pending since yesterday at around 9am. I realize that things don't all happen immediately. Yesterday in the live chat I was told that all my documents were there and that it could take up to 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed. So far so good, this morning at 6:07am I received an email from 'withdrawal' asking me to verify my credit card. In reply to the email. The email did not contain the link to KYC. I was supposed to send it as an attachment. But the CCV number was covered. I found it totally dubious, I can happily attach the email here. A short time later I received an automatic email stating that my KYC documents had been successfully verified, which reassured me for now. But the status hasn't changed. Previous withdrawals were in my account within 24 hours, but live chat and email support are unavailable, or I don't get a response. Now I'm a bit worried.
I ALWAYS play without a bonus.

Based on what you describe, I wouldn't be stressed. If you've always received your money normally until now, I don't see a problem with waiting a little longer. You went through the verification process, which you successfully completed according to what you say, so I would say that's fine.
Try to be patient and wait, I believe you will get your money. We give them 14 days to resolve such a process, and if nothing happens, we will try to assist.

Both amounts were in my account in less than 48 hours. Yesterday, I was able to pocket another win, and it was credited about 8 hours later. So, I was a bit confused by other posts. All I can say is, Vegadream pays out!

This casino is a total scam! Thousands of euros lost, no winnings. Then I got 40 free spins on Big Bass Football. I received €12, kept playing, and wanted to reach at least €20 so I could withdraw. Another free spin came up, and I got to €86. Now I had to play down to €50 to withdraw. Unfortunately, I got another free spin. This time on €5. Of course, it came at the worst possible time. Now on €208. I thought I'd do three spins on €50 and then withdraw €50. No such luck. Another free spin on a €50 bet!!! My winnings are now €4008. I'm not getting either the €4008 or the €50 because of the bonus terms! Total scam. I immediately had all Starscream casinos permanently blocked. NEVER AGAIN!!
I don't know, I haven't seen anyone complain about getting free spins, even though I understand that you didn't really need them. Once you reached the maximum cashout limit, you should have asked the casino, and I know this is often how it works: when you withdraw money, they just deduct the rest and leave what you can withdraw. It might not have been necessary to keep playing.
But for someone to complain about getting bonuses is just too much. 🤷♂️
