Explanations for refusal are a template. He doesn't explain why. Why I can’t leave a review on gama casino, but I can on other casinos, I don’t understand.

My review was just rejected. I wrote it well. This is where your freedom of speech doesn’t work. For some reason, you only reject my review for this casino, but allow the same review for others. Romi you are a hypocrite.
Sorry you feel this way. Your reviews were rejected, because our system detects too many similarities and this might happen when we have a strong believe that the reviews could not be real, or sometimes motivated by the casino, actually. If you have some kind of proof, let's say screenshots from your account at this casino, and the casino did not motivate you in any way to write a positive review, please send it to: community@casino.guru, describe there why are you sending those screenshots and it will be precisely checked. By doing this we try to avoid fake reviews and keep those all transparent and truthful, only like that we can really help all the players to really understand how each casino treats their players. Thank you in advance.
Tanks, I replied in other thread that we will evaluate everything and you will get response with outcome. 🙂
You just rejected my review, citing the fact that I do not have enough experience playing in this casino. But in fact, there is nothing new in this casino comparing it to gama, daddy. That’s why I wrote it in such a way that there would be no repetitions and my review would not be rejected. But you still rejected it.
I am sorry that you did not understand the reason for the rejection well. The reason meant that your review was a bit confusing according to the number of stars you actually gave the casino. I can see that you have written a new review, which will be looked at by our team. Thank you.
This is a regular casino. The casino is not bad. But there is nothing unusual about it that I could highlight. You just didn't understand me.
It has been eight days since I initiated the withdrawal request and they seem unwilling to pay me.
From the security department to the payment department, I don't know why their process is so long. The email exchange between the security department and me took five days, and they only replied to me once a day. Then they asked me to submit various documents, including ID card, driver's license, utility bills, bank statements, and even asked me to hold my driver's license and take a photo of a white paper with their designated number.
Countless certification requirements, although I have provided them all, have not received any feedback so far. They just keep asking me to wait, as if to make me forget about this matter.
Hello,
I'd say after all you have been through, this phase is more or less about waiting, which is sometimes the worst part 🙁.
I would like to believe that this casino is now working on the documents you've provided and that your account will soon be ready for the withdrawal.
If anything goes wrong, please keep us updated so we can discuss your options here.
We will be around the forum for you.
Hello, my first withdrawal request has been pending for more than 40 hours now. The support team keeps replying with copy-pasted messages about some kind of financial department check, which clearly doesn’t seem to exist — it’s obvious they’re just stalling. I found in their own terms that withdrawals can take a maximum of 72 hours, yet their support doesn’t even seem to know about these rules. Still, I have a strong feeling that they won’t process the withdrawal even after 72 hours. I have a completely clean betting history — they simply don’t want to pay out the winnings. What can we do about this?
Greetings, well nothing can be done about it yet I would say. You say you haven't even been waiting two days, so please try to be patient. Sometimes I wouldn't totally rely on what they have in Terms and therefore how fast the money can come. A number of things can come into it where there can be a delay.
So I would definitely wait for now and not be negative right away. We give casinos 14 days to pay out the money, so if nothing happens, you can definitely write and then we would try to help you.
Hello, based on what you wrote, you're in a tough spot. However, did the casino tell you why you've been waiting for two weeks? Did you need to verify your identity?
Sometimes withdrawals can take longer for various reasons, but it's always best when the casino communicates with the player.
Since I saw that you opened a complaint, if nothing happens in the next few days, we'll be ready to contact the casino.
I believe it will turn out well.
They haven't given any kind of explanation, they made me open a new email, where they kept writing to me so I would do the same thing over and over again, send them a copy of the deposit, I sent it to them the first time... already in the fourth email I told them that I felt harassed, that they were treating me in a degrading way, they didn't care... companies like that, or nitrobetting, shouldn't exist... I say this about nitrobetting, because it's the same, they don't pay withdrawals... it's like if you go to a bank, and they tell you they won't give you your money... you would go to the police, it's robbery, right?... well these people act the same... nobody should bet in these bookmakers, they are not governed by any law... I admit it, I was an idiot to put my money here...
I don't think it will work out, they don't follow any laws... I'm giving up on the money...
